Stressed out

☾︎♫︎𝙵𝚕𝚞𝚏𝚏;𝚊 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚋𝚒𝚝 𝚘𝚏 𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚜𝚝♫︎☽︎

For the past few days,all 3 guys have been busy with their stuff.
Quackity was out all day recording vlogs with Wilbur,or running his casino.
Sapnap instead streamed every day and participated in other people's videos.
Among the couple,however,the most stressed was Karl. The brunette was overdue with the release of his own march,which he had recently promised his fans,and he had to write the script for Tales of SMP. He also participated in all of Gimmy's videos,which kept him busy for a couple of days away from home. Result? He still had to do many things and was exhausted.

"Karl,how about taking a break?"

It was the question he was asked every day. Sapnap and Quackity had indeed noticed that he was more tired than usual,and had insisted that he rest,but Karl was stubborn,he wanted to complete what he had started.

Sapnap and Quackity despite continuous attempts were unable to obtain any results. This is not to say that they had not given up....

"Hi love"
Sapnap said
"Hi....."karl yawns
"How are you?"
Quackity asked as he entered the room
"Good...I'm ok" Karl gave another yawn

Sapnap and Quackity looked at each other.
"You sure? You look tired"
"Maybe you really should take that break"
They tried to convince him again. Which made him annoyed.
"I already said that I'm ok! I just have to finish doing these things,then I'll take a break! Don't intrude!"
Karl raised his voice in frustration. He had so much work to do and little time available.

Quackity looked at him in terror. The screams were one of his many triggers. Karl watched his expression go into total terror.

Shit,what did I do...

Karl walked over and put his hands on his shoulders,trying to apologize.

"ducky,I'm sorry. Hey,look at me. He's not here,your safe,nobody gonna hurt you here"
He tried to calm him down. But now the damage was done. Quackity pulled away from his grasp in fear.

"Alex..."
Quackity ran out of the room with tears in her eyes. Karl looked at Sapnap.

"Nick....I'm sorry,I didn't mean that..."
"I know Karl...You're just stressed out. Maybe you should really take that break,I say this for your own good.I'll go calm him down. Once you're done,come and apologize"
Sapnap left the room to go downstairs and try to calm the other raven.

Karl slumped into his desk chair. He had made a mess.
He knew how sensitive Alex was due to the various triggers,and he wasn't going to cause all of this.

"Maybe they're right..."
He looked at the computer,still open on the video editing side. He sighed.

He left the room to go downstairs. Where he found his boyfriends in the living room. Sapnap sat on the sofa,while Quackity rested on his lap.

Damn they're so cute

He approached them from behind,and rested his head on Sapnap's,attracting their attention.

"Hi loves"
"Karl!"
Quackity rose and swooped down on him,jn need of affection. Karl picked him up and avoided their fall.

"Hi princess"
He stroked his hair as Quackity buried his face in his chest.
Sapnap got up and hugged them from behind.

"I'm so sorry Lex. I didn't want to scream.I have too many things to do, Ican't find a free moment,and this makes me nervous. And I was wrong to raise my voice,Idon't have to take my frustration out on you. You don't deserve it"
Karl apologized.

"You are forgiven,it wasn't your intention after all. And now I'm fine"
Quackity forgave him.

"Now that we have solved the problem,can we do something together? We haven't had free time these days. And Karl,don't argue,you need a break"
Sapnap proposed to try to relax.

Quackity nodded his head in an affirmative sign.
"Good. Karl?"
Sapnap looked at Karl.
The brunette took a while to answer.

A lot of things still had to finish, which he certainly would not have postponed. But in some cases you just need to disconnect and don't worry about anything anymore.

He still had to finish editing the latest videos,in a week he would have to leave for a new video of Gimmy,which would have kept him away from home for at least 3 days,he still had to write half of the script for the new roleplay and finish the last things concerning his march.
He sighed.
He still had so much to do,could he afford a break?

"I don't know....I still have too many things to do..."
Karl hesitated.

"What if we help you with some of them? So you will have more free time"
Sapnap proposed. Karl looked at him. Help would have helped him a lot.

"Would be great"
Quackity got off Karl and ran upstairs

"What are you idiots waiting for? The sooner we finish,the earlier we have more time to spend together"
He yelled from the top floor,causing Karl and Sapnap to laugh.

Over the next few hours, Sapnap and Quackity helped Karl complete the editing of the remaining videos and the final things to prepare for his merch. They gave him ideas and advice of how to develop the script of the new roleplay. They couldn't help him much in that,he was in charge of writing the story.

"And...We finished!"
The boys threw themselves on the bed. They had spent 3 hours of continuous work and were exhausted.

"Thank you..."
Karl there thank you. He was lucky to have boyfriends like that. Thanks to them,he now he had to worry about half of things.
"You're welcome"
Sapnap hugged him.
"Now we can spend some time together,before your next departure"
Quackity snuggled into Karl's chest.

I am so lucky to have them.

"And Karl,next time you need help,ask. I don't want to see you exhausted because you work too much"
Sapnap warned him.

"Fine..."
Karl looked first at Alex,crouched against his chest,about to fall asleep.

He's so cute.

He returned his gaze to Sapnap,who was hugging him from behind. He smiled at him and they exchanged a kiss.

Yep,I'm really lucky to have them.

All three fell asleep,exhausted from work,happy to finally have some time to spend together.
