It's been 3 months since they met. The visits of Karl and Sapnap to the abandoned villa have become more and more frequent, from monthly they became weekly and now once every 2 days they spent a whole day there.
Quackity was delighted with their company,he had spent so many years alone, and now he could finally have someone to talk to and have fun with. There was only one think that was buggin him, unfortunately.
His feeling of alienation.
At first he hadn't given it much weight,he just felt like he was too much because Sapnap and Karl had known each other for longer,so it was normal.
It took a while to understand that that feeling, however, was not due to the fact that it could happen, sometimes, that he felt a little bit marginalized in their friendship. This feeling went away relatively soon eventually,so that wasn't it.
It was during one of their chats that he understood the reason for this feeling.
Both Karl and Sapnap had arrived a little exhausted and shattered at the villa, looking like someone who hadn't slept for 2 days in a row and let loose.
When they arrived he was reading, resting on the sofa,a book taken from the library. It was one they had given to him on one of their initial visits,it was an informative text about how the world had proceeded in recent years, from that of his death to the recurring one. At first he was surprised at how many things had changed yet remained the same,it was refreshing to see how the world was evolving.
At least the content was different from all the others he had already read three hundred million times and that he remember by heart and mind.
"What happened to you? Looks like a car hit you" he commented, closing his book to give them attention.
Karl threw himself on the sofa as soon as he had the opportunity and Sapnap directly decided to lie down on the floor groaning.
"You have no idea....I feel like I can die there,on this floor" Sapnap told him with his face down.
