Quackity and Karl were their school's iconic best friend duo.
Karl was on their school's student council and the principal's secretary,while Quackity was part of every club the school offered,minus the academics one–that wasn't his forte.
2 people with totally different characters who however were attached everywhere they went. There wasn't a soul alive who didn't know about their close bond of friendship.
They had met during the first days of kindergarten and had never left each other since then. They continued to go to the same schools and classes together,even now that they were in high school this characteristic was still strong,and they were already looking for a university they could attend together.
They were each other's security,the fixed point,the anchor,the only sure thing in their lives that would never change. No matter where they were or what they were doing,they knew they would be there for each other.
So when Karl had told him,all excited and happy,the news that he was dating someone,he wasn't necessarily ok with it.
