Random Trio Moment

A.N: This is kind of a shit post I guess. Just something for you guys to get a better grasp of this AU until I finish writing the trial.

Shuichi Saihara stood up straight in the front of the room. They were alone, and they were themselves. Just Kiibo, Maki and Shuichi; three friends solving a murder case.

Shuichi looked slightly different than normal. Other than his usual dark striped clothing, he did not have his beloved hat, he was also wearing white-rimmed glasses and the usual slight curl in his hair was gone. His facial expression, instead of nervousness, was completely serious, with his mouth in a thin line.

He took a deep breath, took out a clipboard, and pushed his (fake) glasses up anime-style.

"We have gathered alone today to discuss the mystery of Miu Iruma's... tragic death." he starts, closing his eyes and wiping away a single tear. Maki's face remained passive and Kiibo was shedding fake, overdramatic robot tears (also known as air) too.

"It's so sad..." Kiibo said, to which Maki rolled her eyes. "Little Monotaro's an orphan now."

Shuichi then continued. "First, we are going to discuss the murder weapon."

Kiibo looked up, interested in a topic, he then hid a slightly evil grin. Maki raised her hand just slightly. 

"Everyone believes that it was the hammer we found next to Miu's virtual body, but the way Miu's real body was holding her neck tells us that she was strangled." she said. She wasn't phased by Miu's death at all, the concept of death no longer frightening to her.

"I actually found the murder weapon." Kiibo said smugly, putting his fingers on his chest and grinning with pride.

"You did?" Maki said in surprise. "Huh, K1B0 actually doing something helpful, that's new." she added quietly. But Kiibo's ears heard her.

"Hey! I'm helpful! Sometimes..." 

"Please focus," Shuichi said. Kiibo cringed at Shuichi's weird serious tone. Maki merely nodded. "As Kiibo said, he found the murder weapon outside the mansion and showed it to me earlier during the investigation."

"He did now did he?" Maki said. "What was the murder weapon again?"

"The murder weapon is-" Shuichi broke out of his serious character and let out a laugh. As Maki looked around, she noticed that Kiibo's body was shaking with laughter too. Shuichi cleared his throat and started to speak again. "The murder weapon is-"

He was cut off when Kiibo let out a large laugh and collapsed on the table, giggling quietly. Maki could only sit there in utter confusion.

"What?! What's the murder weapon?!" she asked. 

"The murder weapon that killed Miu was..." Shuichi paused, using the moment to contain his laughter. "Toilet paper."

Maki's face fell and Kiibo doubled over with laughter, falling off his chair, Shuichi joining him on the floor soon after.

"TOILET PAPER!" Kiibo yelled through loud laughter. "THE BITCH GOT FUCKED UP BY TOILET PAPER!!"

Maki imagined the scene in her head and couldn't help but laugh too. The meeting ended with four people laughing together (Monokuma joined in but everyone was too busy laughing to notice).
