Chapter 23

No Pov

Standing in the middle of a forest are Anya, Ryuu, Loki, Tsubaki, Tiona, and Artoria. They appear to be confused not knowing where they are, nor knowing how they got here. Their is also the problem of their bodies being incorporeal.

Before they could quesetion the situation they find themselves in they hear sounds of fighitng and the smell of something burning hits their noses. They all head towards the noise to figure out whats going on.

Getting to the scource they see a Aztec temple and its surroundings up in flames. Infront of the temple they see a familiar mess of (h/c) hair fighting off Jaguars and people wearing jaguar skins. About 16 jaguars and 30 people living, about the same about of dead bodies littering the ground. His body showing signs of a rough fight already, probably due to the improtant looking dead body of a person who had their chest caved in by his sword.

He continues striking down any one who dare get close to him not moving from his spot at the foot of the temple. Where two people are fighting ontop of it.

Y/n:"COME ON!! IM NOT DONE YET!!"

A jaguar rushes at him, but he just grabs its head and smashes it open against the ground. One the jumps on his back and clamps its  jaws on his shoulder, Y/n rips him off and smashes him against the ground shattering its spine and kicking towards a person killing them upon impact.

Y/n:"Whats wrong? Scared of the temple guardian?"

Bringing himself to his full height he glares at the people surrounding him.

Y/n:"Not like you'll get anything from it after its bruned to the ground."

The attackers then make their move trying to wrap chains around his body, the succeed in wraping them around his arms but that was his plan. Grabing the chains he yanks the holders to him and straight arms both of them in the neck breaking both due to the force.

Y/n the starts using the chains as whips striking down anyone within range, but the attackers able to pin the chains down with spears locking them against the ground making Y/n let go of them.

Soon enough thiers only a handful of attackers left and it is then they start to waver. They retreat to the forest, but this only serves to enrage him. Y/n holds his hand out and a familar sword flys to him and he then launches it to one of the retreating figures successfully hitting the back of ones head smashing it to bits.

But as Y/n is distracting with the retreating ones, the leader comes up behind him and stabs him through the back with a spear with the tip potruding through his chest.

Instead of going down Y/n flips him over his head making him land roughly infront of him and Y/n proceeds to stomp his head in.

Unfortunately during that the others managed to escape leaving behind the jaguars who start to swarm Y/n and slowly wear him down.

After snapping the neck of three, smashing the heads of five, four got their backs broken, and four got flung into trees killing them.

But by the end Y/n was covered in claw marks and bites. His strength is slowly fading him as death looms closer. But before he could fully die he thorws his sword full force at the figure looming above Quetzalcoatl's body, with flames building up on the sword making it appear like a comet sending the figure flying off into the forest smashing its chest in and breaking all the bones.

The six females stare at the scene shocked as their bodies slowly start to fade as they wake up.

Artoria wakes up to see Mordred snuggled against her and Y/n sitting on a chair while carefully cleaning his sword with a cloth.

Artoria:"When did you get up?"
