The following morning, Tony woke to the smell of breakfast cooking. When he rolled over and saw Bree was still in bed, he jumped up, not caring he was nude. He panicked for a moment before realizing it was most likely May.

Bree woke due to the bed jarring and rolled over to see Tony standing in the middle of the bedroom naked. "Babe?"

"Sorry. May gave me a heart attack." Tony said before quickly walking over to the bathroom and grabbing his robe and pulling it on.

"I gave her the key code last night, but I didn't expect her to come in and cook. I'm sorry Tony." Bree sat up then stretched, only to wince.

"It's fine darling. We should get up though, I can hear the kid asking about us." Tony sighed, then turned to look at Bree.

Bree smiled at the thought of Peter. "Just make sure you're covered up. There's no need to surprise either of them." She stood gingerly and rubbed at her lower back before she went into the bathroom.

"That's why I grabbed my robe." Tony chuckled. He walked over to their bag and found them both underwear, then a pair of shorts for himself. Not feeling like fully dressing yet, he pulled on the underwear and shorts, under the robe.

"Mine is in here somewhere," Bree mumbled as she filtered through their towels until she found her robe and put it on as she looked in the mirror. That's when she noticed it. "You bruised me last night."

"I did? Are you alright?" Tony asked as he hurried into the bathroom.

Bree stared at the bruises on her hips in the shape of Tony's fingers. "I'm alright. But it makes sense now as to why I'm feeling so sore."

Tony looked down at the bruises when he walked in. "Are you sure you're alright?"

"I'm sure," she answered. "I think you were just gripping me pretty hard last night. It happens." Bree watched as he walked up behind her and ran his hands over the purple bruising on her hips, then slowly ran his hands along her stomach. "What are you thinking baby?"

"I'm thinking this is the second time you've been injured due to me being too rough." Tony sighed.

Bree watched Tony in the reflection of the mirror and put her hands over his to halt his movements. "Tony, I'm okay."

"Regardless, I need to be more careful." Tony said softly.

"I don't mind them," she told him softly. "I like when you get possessive."

"Possessive doesn't mean I need to be that rough." Tony pointed out.

Bree rubbed Tony's hands and forearms. "I know sweetheart, but I'm not upset about them."

Before Tony could answer, he heard Peter giggle and knock on the door. "Breakfast is ready!" He called out to them.

"We'll be right out Pete!" Bree called back, then smiled at Tony through the glass of the mirror. "Our food awaits."

Tony kissed Bree's temple then stepped back. "After you."

Bree tied her robe shut after pulling on the underwear Tony gave her, then walked out of the bathroom and out of the bedroom. "Morning May," she greeted.

"Good morning. I'm sorry about Peter. He's been so excited to see you both." May told Bree.

"It's alright," Bree assured. "He's a sweet boy, and we both adore him." She walked over to the kitchen counter and poured herself a cup of coffee and added milk and sugar to it.

"Darling, could you pour me a cup as well?" Tony asked Bree while looking for the Tylenol.

"Yes I can," Bree answered as she grabbed another mug from the cabinet and made Tony a mug of coffee.
