After I finish getting ready I pick out my outfit and start getting dressed.

I tie my hair up and start walking downstairs. I check the time and see that it 6:57pm. I walk into the kitchen and see my parents waiting.
Dad: you ready to go?
Kehlani: yeah.
We all leave the house and start walking to Melo's, Once we arrive we knock on the door and Tina answers. She lets us in.
Tina: Melo's upstairs by the way... She says smiling at me.
Kehlani: okay, thank you.
I walk upstairs and knock on his bedroom door.
Melo: hold on a sec.
After about 10 seconds he tells me to come in, I open his door and see him sitting in his bed shirtless with pillows over his lap.
Kehlani: what were you doing?
Melo: nothing, just had a nap...
I laugh, knowing exactly what he was doing. (😏)
Kehlani: alright, if you say so...
I close his door and walk over to his bed and kiss him whilst moving the pillows and straddling my legs around his waist.
Kehlani: when do you wanna tell everyone?
LaMelo: we can do it now?
Kehlani: ok
I get off him and he stands up and puts a shirt on before we both walk out of his room. He knocks on Gelo's door and I knock on Zo's telling them to come downstairs. We than walk downstairs and tell the parents that we need to talk to them. Everyone enters the lounge room and sits down.
LaVar: what's up son?
LaMelo: Well Kehlani and I wanna tell you guys something...
Dad: what is it?
Kehlani: LaMelo and I are daiting...
Everyone looks at eachother and then they all start to cheer.
LaVar: finally! We've all been waiting for this moment! He says coming over and hugging both of us.
Tina: Congratulations! I'm happy for you's. She says hugging me and kissing Melo on the cheek.
Dad then stands up and walks over to Melo and I.
Dad: welcome to the family Melo!
LaMelo: thank you.
Mum: I'm happy for you's, you guys make a cute couple.
Kehlani: thank you mum.
