Captivating Flower

Today is Friday and I'm packing some clothes dahil ngayon ang punta namin ni Jake sa Tagaytay that's why I'm so excited. Nagpaalam na din naman ako sa parents ko basta mag-iingat daw kami, lalo na raw at gabi kami aalis.

I talked to Jake earlier and he said that he will pick me up at 5 pm. Sabi ko sa kaniya na dito nalang din siya kumain ng dinner para diretso alis nalang kami. 

When I'm already done packing clothes, I go to the bathroom and take a bath. I put a light make-up. Gabi na naman na kaya hindi na kailangan maglagay ng makapal na make-up. I wore a simple dress and white sandals. 

Nang bumaba ako ay wala pa naman si Jake dahil 4:30 pm pa lang. Nanood muna ako ng mga series na hindi ko pa natatapos. When I got bored, I read some emails. Hindi kasi ako nagbabasa ng emails ko. 

I heard Jake's car outside. Ibinaba ko muna ang cellphone ko at dumiretso sa labas para salubungin siya. I smiled when I saw him closing the door of his car. He hugged me immediately when he already near me. 

"Good evening, Mahal."

"Good evening, Love." 

Inaya ko na siya pumasok sa loob para maka-alis na din kami. Sila Mommy ay mamaya na daw kakain kaya nauna na kami ni Jake na kumain. While eating, we're just planning what are we going to do at Tagaytay. 

"Let's go?" Niyaya ko na siya pagtapos naming kumain. Nagpaalam na muna kami kila Mommy bago umalis. Pinaalalahanan lang kami.

"It's going to be a long ride, Mahal. You can sleep muna." 

"It's okay. Hindi pa naman ako inaantok kasi natulog ako kanina." 

"You sure?" 

"Yes and I don't want you to drive for how many hours with me sleeping." 

He laughed and pinch my cheeks. 

We're just listening to music and talking about random kinds of stuff. Nang magutom kami ay nag drive thru muna kami sa Jollibee. We ordered Iced coffee, fries, a burger, and peach mango pie. 

After ordering, we continued our trip to Tagaytay. 

9:30 pm na nang marating namin ang Tagaytay. Medyo traffic din kanina kaya natagalan ang byahe namin. 

We go to Jake's relative's rest house. My mouth dropped when I saw the house. It's so big! When we get inside, the first thing that I do is go to the kitchen. I was so amazed at how big it is. It's like a kitchen in a restaurant!

"Love, ang ganda dito," I said while roaming around the house.

"Yeah, this is where we stayed." 

We go to the 2nd floor to see the rooms. All the rooms have a TV and a king-size bed. There are 5 rooms upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs. We go to Jake's room. It's simple but cozy.  There are a sofa, a TV, own bathroom, and a walking closet. 

"Bakit walang nakatira dito?" 

"They're in America," he simply said. 

I put down all the things I bought. Wala naman masyadong dala si Jake dahil may mga gamit naman daw siya dito. Yung dinala niya lang ata ay yung binili namin sa mall noong nagdate kami nung isang araw. 

"We're going to sky ranch tomorrow?" I asked.

"Yes, then we'll see where can we eat breakfast." 

"Okay, po." 

I go near him and hug him. It's a long ride but fun. I want to happen this again. We're just traveling and not thinking about other things. 

"I'm already tired. Where are we going to sleep?" 

"In my room. But if you're not comfortable, I'm going to sleep in the other room. So, you decide," he said while hugging me back. 

I decided that we're going to sleep together. I always trust Jake. I know that I'm safe with him. We locked the doors and switch off the lights downstairs before going to his room. 

"Change lang ako ng clothes, Love." 

"Okay, there's the bathroom." 

When I'm finally in his bathroom, I smell a manly scent. I do my usual night routine before going out. I'm just wearing a comfy sweater and pajamas.

"You're wearing it again," Jake said while smiling. It's because this is his sweater. I really like this because it's too comfy! And I love his scent, too

I lay beside him. 

"What? Why are you staring?" I asked. 

"Nothing. I just realized that I'm so lucky to have you." 

"Love naman," he smiled. 

"I want our relationship to last forever. I swear if that will happen, I'm the happiest man in the world." 

"You really know how to make me blush, huh?" 

"Well, I knew you for so long." 

After that conversation, we just immediately sleep. 

I woke up earlier, as expected. Nagising ako habang nakayakap sa 'kin si Jake. While Jake is still sleeping. I go to the bathroom and do my usual morning routine. I changed my pajamas, too into shorts. 

When I got out of the bathroom, Jake is already awake. 

"Good morning, Love." 

"What time is it? You're so early." 

"It's 7 am, Love. You can sleep pa naman. I'll just cook our breakfast." 

"No, I'm already good. Wait for me I'll just wash up." 

"Okay, po." 

Nauna akong bumaba kay Jake. Wala namang food sa ref dahil walang nakatira dito. May malapit na grocery store dito kaya baka doon nalang kami mamili ni Jake ng kakainin namin. 

While waiting for Jake, I just roam around the house. Hindi ko kasi masyadong nakita lahat kagabi dahil madilim na. Pinuntahan ko ang garden dahil iyon ang una kong napansin nang magising ako dahil kita sa binta ng kwarto ni Jake. 

"Wow," I saw lots of plants. Buti ay napapanatiling buhay ang mga halaman dito. 

"Mahal?" 

"I'm here!" 

He said that there's a caretaker of this house that's why the plants are not dead. After a minute, we decided to go to the grocery store. Noong nakaraang nag mall kami ni Jake ay may mga binili na din kami, pero hindi ko naman pwedeng dalhin lahat 'yon dahil masisira lang. 

That's why we planned that we'll just buy groceries here. 

"No, ako ang mamimili dahil puro unhealthy foods nanaman ang kukuhanin mo." 

He insisted that he's the one who's gonna buy the groceries. I trust him at everything but not in buying food. I know that he will just pick a few healthy foods and he will proceed to fill the cart with unhealthy foods. 

"Mahal, please?" he asked while smiling cutely. 

"No, hindi mo ako madadaan sa ganiyan mo, Jake." 

"Oh, yeah I will shut up now. You called me with my name already. I'm sorry, Mahal."

Ugh! This man! He really knows me.
