Huling Sandali

"Hindi mapigil ang bugso ng aking puso
Sa tuwing ako'y papalapit sa 'yo

The enormous entrance of the church opens a few seconds later, and a woman of remarkable beauty enters at the same time.

Beauty exists on many levels, not just on the surface. If I am to be asked, she is the woman that everyone fantasizes about.

As the lady I loved marched on the red Isle, everyone inside the church applauded and chanted at the same time. I couldn't take my gaze away from her, and as soon as she turned to look at me, everything slowed down.

The cacophony I had previously heard vanished, and the prayer hall became calm. Even with a veil covering her face, her pacing is so leisurely that I can see how gorgeous she is.

I don't know how I feel right now. It's so varied, and I'm already on the fund, so all I can muster is a smile and a tears.

I could see tears rolling down from her eyes, and she mouthed "I love you, Ly" to me, but her pronunciation was too powerful for me, and I could hear it so loudly that my heart skipped a beat.

Yes, we once dreamed of becoming doctors, yes, we once dreamed of touring the globe, but love for me is so deceiving. We haven't even been halfway around the world yet, and she is about to embark on another adventure, and it hurts me to think that I am no longer the person she can be with.

I got too afraid to acknowledge to myself that I love her, so now the one thing I regret in my life is not trying to tell Samantha how I truly feel.
