After a long day of chaos of being back in the undercity, night had fallen and you had helped yourself to some semi fresh air on the steps in front of the building. You had missed the undercity but because you had been stuck at Piltover for so long, you felt as if you didn't belong no more. Silco was busy with god knows what but did you really care that much t that moment in time? He had wronged you and now all of a sudden he's sorry?
you wanted so bad to forgive and forget entirely what he did because you cared for him so much but you just didn't see that happening quite yet. You forget it all when he actually prove to you that he wasn't leaving you.
You sat in deep thought peering at your surroundings until the interruption of footsteps broke the silence around you. You snapped your head to the oncoming footsteps only to see a large silhouette approaching. They were approaching slow as if they were trying to make out who you were you did the same about them.
"Whos there?" You asked breaking the silence? You stood up defensively as they stopped but gave no response.
"Y/n?" The deep voice grumbled softly..... Vander. He took a few more steps and he was in view to where you could confirm it was him. Your eyes widened as you bolted fast to run and hug him.
"Holy fucking shit. Oh my god. You're alive" you huffed as you jumped into the hug. " I thought they fucking killed you. They wouldn't tell me anything once I was released from the cell" you spoke softly. "Vi? Did you find vi?" Your brain was running on high asking all the questions you could. Vanders head lowered with a small shake of his head.
"What happened to you?" You questioned again.
"Silco asked for my release" Vander mumbled. Your shook your head double checking if you heard him right.
"I'm sorry what?" You asked.
"I asked them the same damn thing. Of course they explained nothing. Silco explained he wanted to make things mutual with me in order to give Zaun the proper strength in case Piltover were to attack."
"What do you mean? Why would they attack? I thought silco made a trade-"
"He DID. You really thought he was gonna sit there while you rotted in Piltover? He planned with Jinx to blow up progress day. He knew you'd be there. He had Jinx grab the orb in order to fulfill the plan."
"How-how do you know all this?" You spoke shocked at his answers.
"The man himself" you heard a voice behind you erupt. You turned to see Silco smoking a cigar as he approached you and Vander. "Though Vander wasn't supposed to make his appearance yet" Silco spoke annoyed.
"I didn't know she'd be out here" Vander objected and Silco rolled his eyes as he planted himself next to you.
"You planned all that? To get me out of there?" You asked quietly.
"Of course, why wouldn't I?" Silco responded.
"He was gonna wait longer but I pushed his ass to do it there and then. You were in that hell hole long enough" Vander chimed in.
Your eyes fell soft at the thought of it all. Though he was the reason you were put in there.
"Why did you ruin the peace Piltover had given you?"
"There was no peace. They never kept their word. " silco spoke
"Enforcers were back in our streets causing mayhem within one week of you being sent back to Piltover." Silco glanced at Vander and then his eyes fell back on you.
"I wanted to come talk to you Silco but it can wait til the morning" Vander nodded his head slightly as he went to turn around. "Goodnight y/n. Silco" Vander nodded before he treaded back the way he came from. Silco waited til Vander was far enough away, neither of you could see him. He turned to stand in front of you looking down into your eyes.
"I'm trying so hard to push aside the fact you sold me out. I'm trying to hard because you're making it up to m-" you were trying to finish before Silco raised his finger to your lip instantly muting you. Your eyes fell lost into his.
"Enough of that, darling. You'll forgive me when you're ready to, don't force it" he spoke as his hand fell to your cheek cupping half of your face. "I'm going to give you the world one way or another." He sounded genuine like he meant it and it made your body melt. He really was trying to make it up to you. Your head sunk into his hand as his eyes roamed your body.
"I knew the Silco I grew up loving was still in there" you smiled as you felt your body fluttered. You still had a ways to go to be 100 with him again but you weren't gonna hold that against him in this moment. You were just gonna enjoy this moment with him.
"I'm sorry, did I hear you right? Did you say love?" He mocked as he tilted his head with a smirk. You rolled your eyes as you kept your face against his warm hand.
"Shut up" you spoke as you smiled at him. He took a few moments just staring into your eyes before he was hesitant to move it. He seemed to take a quiet deep breathe before pushing his lips against yours kissing you passionately. You knew he was going in for it but it still send warmth all through your body. Your hands moved to cup his face as his hand fell behind your head pulling you close and his other hand wrapped around your back. He pulled back for a second.
"I have been waiting to do that for so long." He huffed with a smile.
"Shut up and kiss me again" you spat playfully as he chuckled falling back into the kiss.
