The walk from the undercity to Piltover was nothing but silence. You of course didn't want to engage any type of conversation with Salo. His voice broke the silence of the thick air around you two.

"I gave you freedom in Piltover and you take that as an opportunity to run away." He spat not looking at you.

"I wonder why, asshole." you mumbled under your breath hoping he didn't catch it but go figure, he did. He stopped walking and grabbed your collar yanking you back towards him. He then moved his hand to grab your face aggressively bringing you close to him.

"You better watch how you talk me, y/n. I am still your father. You are to respect me." He hissed glaring at you as he tightened the grip of your face in his hand. You whimpered as the pain in your jaw intensified when he tightened his grip. Your hands fell onto his arms trying to pry him off but that only angered him more. He let go of your face and he followed by slapping you hard across your face. You head jerked to the side. Holding your face, you shot Salo a look.

"You don't get to lay your hands on me anymore! " You barked as you felt anger and all kinds of other emotions building up in your body. Tears streamed down your face like a waterfall.

"Get up" he hissed as he grabbed your arm and yanked you hard to your feet. "You're on thin fucking ice, now get walking." He ordered pushing you forward. All the memories of your childhood started flooding your brain causing you to sob more but silently in attempts to avoid behind touched again.
You knew at that point, your life was on a short line and happiness wasn't a option anymore for you.

Months had passed, the beatings never stopped, if you acted way out of line, Salo threw you in the cell for a week. Sometimes 2 weeks at a time. You really didn't eat anymore but when there were council dinners, you were forced to eat. If you didn't, a beating would've been in place. There started to be bruises on your body so he forced you wear long clothing at all times so no one would see them.

It wasn't until Cait came back, that she started to notice The way you moved as if you were in pain. She took it into her own hands and one day caught you off guard sliding up your arm sleeve to reveal a black, blue, and yellow bruises. She was livid at the fact you didn't tell her how bad it's gotten. To be honest, it was a usual thing that happened to you but it wasn't an exciting thing to where you wanted to risk sharing it. You begged Cait to not say anything.

Vander and Vi always sent you letters but Salo threw them away before even thinking about giving them to you. You were so run down and dead feeling that you really weren't surprised whenever Salo did something irrational. It was you life now, it's what you deserved.

It wasn't until Salo gave you a black eye that set Cait off. Salo didn't let you leave your room until the black eye had healed. Cait wondered why she hadn't seen you so she went to your room and that's how she found out. Again you pleaded her to not say anything and she reluctantly agreed. She hated that you wouldn't let her help you. You couldn't care less. You had given up completely. Your existence was just there.

•3RD PERSON POV• <back at the undercity>

Sevika knocked on Silco's office door with Vander and Cait behind him.

"Enter" Silco's voice echoed the quiet room. The door opened and in came just Sevika first.

"Vander and Cait" Sevika huffed cocking her head. Silco sighed heavily and leaned back in his chair.

"Sure" he mumbled as he slumped in the chair waiting for the two to enter. The moment Cait entered the door, she went off.

"You are an evil bastard, You know that?!" Cait begun ready to go at him. "Y/n is miserable because of you!" She yelled as she started to lung at him. Silco flinched but Vander grabbed Cait's arm and Sevika stepped in between.

"Cait please" Vander huffed lightly as he waited for her to calm down before letting her go. Sevika glared at Cait warning her to not act out of line.

"Who?" Silco snapped raising his brow.

"Oh you've done it!" Cait yelled as she lunged at silco once more. This time Vander didn't stop her. Sevika picked up Cait tossing her over her shoulder ready to take her out of the room.

"Put me down your gargantuan woman!" Cait wailed as she hauled her out the room. Vander sat there trying to keep his composure. He waited for the door to close before he turned his attention back to Silco.

"Shes going to end up dead Silco." Vander spoke calmly. "Salo isn't gentle in her."

"Excuse me?" Silco raised one brow. "Isn't gentle?" The door swung open and Vi came in with Cait.

"He hits her and hits her and hits her. Her body is covered in black and blue. She doesn't eat, doesn't sleep. She's a zombie at this point. She's done nothing to help herself and she just accepts it. She's going to die if you keep this up." Cait spoke taking a deep breathe. Silco looked somewhat shocked at her response.

"What? Shocked to know her abusive father still beats her? Shocker isn't it?" Vi spat sarcastically.

"How is this my problem?" Silco spoke trying to sound unenthusiastic. Though he was still absolutely baffled to hear about y/n's condition. He didn't know he still cared about it when he knew he shouldn't.

"It's your problem because if she dies, it's on you." Vander spat as he took a step closer. "And I will make you pay. Y/n doesn't deserve this and you know it. Don't you even think about fucking lying to me Silco" Vander spoke as he slammed his fists on Silco's desk.

"Get over yourself and get her back." Cait spat slightly behind Vi. Silco said nothing but flick his hand shooing them out of his office. Cait balled her fists at his response.

"Her face is bruised beyond recognition" Cait put in before they all turned to exit.

"She doesn't deserve this Silco and you know it. Leave the past in the past. " Vander chimed in once more before leaving behind the girls.
