NO REGRET FOR LOVE

PROLOGUE

I was just here inside a coffee shop, sitting alone in a table for two person when I saw him entering the entrance with his new girlfriend.

I tried so hard not to stare at them and ignore them but I failed. Our eyes met, I looked away when I saw how cold his stare is.

It's been a week mula no'ng hindi na kami nagpapansinan, mas mabuti na rin siguro 'yon para hindi ko na siya masaktan. Saka nakikita ko naman na masaya siya kahit wala ako.

"Jheyiene Ahra Gomez" I heard my name called at the counter. Nand'yan na pala ang order ko.

Tumayo kaagad ako para kuhanin 'yon when I realized na nasa may counter pa pala sila at kasalukuyang umo-order.

"Ah, excuse me" I said ng makita kong nakaharang sila kung saan nilagay no'ng babae 'yong order ko.

They didn't move so, I assumed na hindi nila ako narinig. Or they heard it but they just act like they didn't?

I sighed heavily. Dahan-dahan kong kinuha ang order ko para hindi ako makagawa ng aksidente dito. And guess what...

"Hala! Sorry, sorry! Hindi ko sinasadya, sorry talaga!" I accidentally spilled my frappuccino! And what's worse, girlfriend pa talaga ni Andrei ang natapunan ko.

"Ano ba! Ah, ang hapdi! Can't you just be careful?!" She sounded mad...and hurt. Mainit-init pa ang frappuccino, napaso 'ata siya.

"Sorry talaga, hindi ko sinasadya!" I apologize again while getting a tissue and wiping the hem of her shirt.

"Hey, what happened?" Andrei ask her, ignoring me. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na galing pala siya sa cr kanina kaya hindi niya nakita kong ano ang nangyari.

"Ah, love! S-She spilled her frappuccino on me purposely!" Pagsusumbong niya habang hawak hawak pa rin 'yong bahagi na natapunan, napaso siguro talaga siya.

"W-What? I told you, it was an accident" I wanted to yell but I stayed calm. Alam ko naman na kasalanan ko talaga pero hindi ko naman sinasadyang matapunan siya.

"Ikaw na naman?! Sabi ko naman sa'yo di ba na lumayo ka na?!" He yelled at me. Sounded mad and he stares at me with his bloodshot eyes.

I look down and stop myself from tearing. I can't look at him. I can't speak up. I can't defend myself.

"Hindi pa ba sapat 'yong ginawa mo sa'kin?! Pati girlfriend ko gusto mo na ring saktan?!" I look up again to see his reaction. He's really mad. I wanted to say that I didn't purposely spilled my frappuccino but I can't. I'm so weak when it comes to him. And the fact that, I hurt him. "What?! Aren't you gonna apologize, kneel down, and beg for forgiveness?!" He yelled again.

"Hey, stop yelling at her" Someone interrupted us. Lumingon ako sa gilid, muntik ko na namang mabitawan ang frappuccino na may kaunti pang laman ng makita ko na familiar 'yong lalaki.

"Why? Who are you?" The girl ask him.

"It's not important. Let's go" He grab my hand and pull me with him. Nasa labas na kami ngayon ng coffee shop, I was just quiet.

He lean on the railings and cross his arms over his chest. Staring at me right now. I look away, seeing Andrei with his girlfriend sitting on a table right now, inside the coffee shop.

"Do you love him?" I don't know if he was talking to me and pertaining to Andrei. I just stayed quiet. My mind can't process what just happened. My mouth don't have the urge to talk.

"I'll accept that as a 'yes' " He added again. I look at him and surprised when I saw him staring at me.

"Why did you do that?" I ask, pertaining to what just happened earlier.

"Hmm, I can't no longer just stare at you stopping your tears from falling" Wait, what? He saw me crying earlier? Oh God!

Hindi ko napigilan 'yong sarili ko kanina at tumulo bigla 'yong luha ko. Hindi naman halata kase nakalugay 'yong buhok ko at natatabunan 'yong mukha ko no'n.

"What's your plan? Do you want him back?" My brows furrowed. Processing what he just said.

'Want him back'? Who?

"I don't care if that's a yes or a no. I just wanna help, so use me then" My heart skips a beat. My mind isn't working properly. My mouth parted and wanted to talk, to ask him but there's no word coming out from my mouth.

'Use me then'? What the hell is he saying?!

He might noticed that I'm confused. He let out a heavy sigh and scratched his nose a bit. "You can use me. I can help you to have him back. I can also help you to get rid of him. Just use me, so I can't see you in pain anymore"
