Chapter XI- MCC DAYYYY

(Technos POV)

My clock says It's ten. Damn, I slept in.

Mcc is in two hours.

I roll over and check my phone.

I don't even notice that I'm smiling until I see my reflection in the black screen of my phone.

I replace it with a blank expression that suits me better and click on the notifications.

This is me, informing you that I have risen from my unconscious state

My eyes shift up to her name at the top of my screen.

It looks very plain.

I change it to Y/n :) which is a bit better.

I put my phone down, satisfied, and wait for a reply.

But when exactly three minutes pass I become impatient and go on my computer.

'I have two hours to pass'

'I'll research mythology'

I open google and type Mythology but I stop before pressing enter.

Y/n's words echo in my head
I'm a huge fan of mythological creatures, always have been.

I open the search bar again and change mythology to mythological creatures and search it.

It brings up a list which is no good.

'What was the one she told me about?'

'Damn why can't I remember it's name??'

'The wailing woman?'

I type the wailing woman into google.

After scrolling down a bit I find a wiki page on the banshee.

'That's the one, banshee'

I open imagines. Pictures of banshees flood my screen.

Old women, young women. Women in black shrouds, women in white dresses. Women hiding in the shadows, women screaming in the woods.

'Spooky'

Before I know it, it's been around fifteen minutes and my phone buzzes.

I join a vc and wait.

'What does she want to do?'

'I could show her that map I was working on'

'Or we could play bedwars, but I think I heard her say she wasn't a huge fan of bedwars sometime'

Y/n: "Hello?"
She says.

Me: "Halloo."

Y/n: "Hello mr blade."

I chuckle.

Me: "Hallooo. Do you want to practice for mcc?"

Y/n: "Nah, we too good for practice,"
She says cockily.

Me: "Trueeee. You don't like bedwars right?"

Y/n: "Eh, not my favourite but we can play if you want."

Me: "Well I do have another map that I've been workin' on. We could play there if you wanted."
I try not to sound too forceful.

Y/n: "Okay."

Me: "Alright. I'll send you the server to join."

Y/n: "Got it."

I join the world myself and wait for her.

I wait for her to say something but she doesn't. I watch her minecraft character turn to look around.

There's mountains in the distance, I hope she has her render distance up.

There's a big city in the centre of the map and a huge mansion off to the right. Somewhere in the city is a massive library. Right of the city is a mushroom forest.

Y/n: "Woah.."
She says finally.
