Chapter XXXV- Uno

(Y/n's POV)

Techno and I arrive back to the house a few minutes later than the others, thanks to his detour.

We move to the massive living room to find everyone sitting on the sofas except Phil.

Tommy: "Took you long enough, I'm hungry!"
He announces when he sees us.

Me: "Bitchboy-"
I start but someone cuts me off.

Wilbur: "Where'd you get that flower?"
He asks, looking at the cherry blossom behind my ear.

Me: "Techno got it for me,"
I answer shortly.

Wilbur: "Awwwwwwwww,"
He physically melts while tommy fake gags beside him.

Phil: "Alright everyone listen up!"
He yells to get everyone's attention.

Phil: "It's been a long day so we're just getting pizza. I don't have the time or energy to get everyone's order so I have this paper-"
He holds up a blank piece of paper.

Phil: "Write what pizza you want and I'll order it. You have five minutes to complete this or you aren't getting fed."

Tommy: "Why is he looking at me??"

Me, Wilbur and techno: "HAH-"

Me and techno sit down on the other sofa.

(A/n: idk how many sofas there are anymore- let's say three)

Techno: "Wanna share a pizza?"
He asks.

Me: "Sure. You like plain pepperoni right?"
I recall from one of our discord conversations.

Techno: "I do. Is that okay?"

Me: "Yep. I'll write it down."

Five minutes later, Phil comes to collect the paper and orders the food like he said he would.

Then Niki, Phil and Ranboo go upstairs to unpack.

Tommy, Tubbo, Wilbur, me and techno stay.

Tommy: "Can we play a game while we're waiting??"
He says impatiently.

Wilbur: "What game?"

Tubbo: "I brought my uno cards."

Me and techno say "Oh god-" in sync and then laugh.

Tubbo runs upstairs and gets his cards quickly and we start playing.

(Technos POV)

We've been playing uno for five minutes and somehow Tommy is on one card.

The order of play is y/n, me, Wilbur, tubbo, Tommy.

I have a +4 but Wilbur and Tubbo are in between me and Tommy.

It's y/n's turn.

She pauses and looks at me.

Y/n: "Heart of the cards?"
She asks.

I look at my +4.

Me: "Heart of the cards,"
I confirm.

She plays her +4.

I play my +4.

Me and y/n: "Aww wilburrrr-"
We say, feeling bad for will who has to draw eight cards.

Wilbur: "Tubbo... I'm so sorry man,"
He says and plays a +4.

Me and y/n: "NOOO TUBBOOO-"
We say, feeling bad for Tubbo who now has to draw 12 cards.

Tubbo: "Not today bitches,"
He announces and plays a +4.

Me and y/n: "HAHA- TOMMY-"

Everyone bursts out laughing as Tommy stares in sorrow and disbelief at the four +4 cards that have just been played.

Y/n: "You- you- gotta draw- 16 Tommy,"
She says between laughs.

Tommy: "I FUCKING KNOW THAT BITCH-"
He yells.

Y/n leans into me, her face bright red and tears in her eyes from laughing so hard.

We all watch and count aloud as Tommy draws sixteen cards, putting him in last place.

Y/n now has two cards.

I have three.

Wilbur has five.

Tubbo has three.

Tommy has seventeen.

Y/n plays a normal three and yells "uno!"

Then I play a reverse card and say "please y/n, go again."

And she plays a plus two, effectively winning the game and making Tommy draw two more cards.

Y/n: "LETS GOOOO!"

Her and Wilbur high five and Tommy glares at her.

Y/n: "Don't glare at me bitchboy. Just get good at the game."

Tommy grumbles something under his breath.

We decide to play for second place.

Tubbo plays his card and I lean over to y/n.

Me: "Congratulations Princess,"
I whisper to her.

She smiles at me, a hint of red on her cheeks.

And for a moment, it was just me and her.

No one else existed.

Suddenly the door bell rings out and Tubbo jumps up to get it.

Tubbo: "Who ordered extra bacon?"
He asks.

Tommy: "I did."

Me: "I'm offended,"
I joke, which makes y/n laugh.

The others come downstairs and we all eat our pizzas together.
