Chapter 10

"Avy, you got a call from Mr. Stallion" Ella stated as she handed Avyrain her phone

"Why would Valt call me this early in the morning?" Avyrain uttered as she received the phone

Ella shrugged her shoulders as she said "Maybe to ask you what food you wanted for lunch"

"I can't have lunch with him today though" Avyrain uttered then she answered the call

"Avy" Valt uttered in a low voice as soon as Avyrain answered his call

"Valt, I'm sorry but I can't have lunch with you today" Avyrain stated

"I'm busy preparing for mom's birthday party tomorrow" she added

"Can I meet you right now?" Valt asked

"I'll go to you so you don't have to come to me" he stated

Avyrain lightly laugh as she said "Focus on your work, I'll meet you tomorrow at mom's birthday party"

"Please" Valt uttered in a pleading voice

'I want to see you so bad, I wasn't able to get a single sleep thinking you might have some feelings for another man' Valt thought to himself

"I'll introduce you as my boyfriend to my family tomorrow so be patient, okay?" Avyrain uttered with a smile

Valt went silent then he gently smiled as he said "Okay"

"Miss, the designer is here" Ella stated

"Alright, I'll see you tomorrow Valt" Avyrain uttered then she ended the call

Then, Avyrain spent her whole day along with her siblings as they prepare for their mother's birthday

The next day, the White Wisteria mansion were bustling with guests as everyone celebrated the birthday of Herain Wisteria, Avyrain's mother

When Valt arrived at the party, Avyrain was happily talking with her father so he waited for her while watching her from a distance

As Valt watched Avyrain smiling as she talks he thought 'How selfish of me to think of wanting that beautiful smile to my own'

As Avyrain turned her head to the side, she caught Valt staring at her from a distance while holding a wine glass on his left hand

Avyrain smiled then looked back at her father as she said "Dad, I have to introduce someone to you"

"Oh, who is it?" he asked

Avyrain gently smiled as she gracefully walked towards Valt

Valt placed the wine glass away and gaze at Avyrain walking towards him

"How long have you been standing here?" Avyrain asked as she stood in front of him

"You look so beautiful" Valt uttered as he place a gentle kiss on the back of her hand

Then Valt smiled as he said "I was only here for a few minutes"

Avyrain lightly laughed as she intertwined her hand with his then said "Come here, I'll introduce you to my family"

Then she pulled him as they walked towards her father

"Dad, let me introduce you to my boyfriend" Avyrain smiled as she stood beside Valt in front of her father

"Valt Hugh Stallion, it's a pleasure meeting you sir" Valt politely stated

Rhaveir gave him a light nod then turned to look at Avyrain as he said "I'll go check on your mother"
