The duo walked down the streets of Morioh not far from their highschool. The only one with a pep in their step was Josuke. Swinging his school case freely, as Okuyasu kept his swung over his shoulder with a wide walking stance which he found comfortable at times. "I heard from my mom a small food stand opened up in a few minutes away from St. Gentlemens if you wanted to give it a try." Jojo turning his head to look at the very exhausted Okuyasu, as he responded with a weak shrug. Josuke sighed, "Aye Okuyasu? are you doing okay? did you still not get those ten hours of sleep?" he questioned as he stopped walking.

"Yeah, I'm just really tired. Maybe if I can remember to get my wallet, I could head to Trendy's and ask for Tonio's help." Okuyasu's face scrunched up lightly as he stood there in place. His response wasn't really much a truth nor was it not much of a lie. "I haven't been able to have much time for myself recently. You know how family is." he regarded of the mention of him taking care of his father and stray cat. As they stood in silence, Josuke finally piped up after a few seconds, "Well. if you ever need help, bro. Me and my mom can help you out. We both went through a lot and are dealing with our lives in a different light after Kira." he set a hand softly on Okuyasu's shoulder with a soft smile.

Okuyasu kept his gaze focused on the floor ahead of the two, as his breath hitched from the mention of the murderer of Morioh. He jumped lightly as the chills ran from the location Josuke's hand was placed down to his back. "I'm fine, Josuke." he mumbled coldly, as he jerked himself away from his best friend, and continued walking ahead. Okuyasu's face felt hot from so many overwhelming emotions that he wish was easy for him to hide.

Walking ahead, Josuke's expression shifted into a concerned glare. Following behind Okuyasu who was ahead of him a few steps ahead. What was really bothering Okuyasu? he could only think.
