Criticism spot! :)

Crutchie's POV

I spent Saturday and Sunday resting, practicing my songs every now and then as well. By the time Monday came, I was nearly back to normal, dreading school as much as I usually did. After turning his alarm off, Jack looked at me, smiling as he brushed the hair from my eyes.

"Do we have to go?" I asked quietly, obviously breaking Jack's heart.

"We do, I'm sorry," he answered, his smile falling.

"I don't think I can take it much longer," I admitted, unable to keep looking Jack in the eyes.

"We'll graduate and be outta here before you know it. Just a little longer, okay?" I sighed before nodding, trying my best to smile. "I'll go grab your medicine quick, I won't be long," he gave me a kiss on the top of my head before getting out of bed, hurrying downstairs.

We went about our normal routine for school, Jack being sure to secure my brace on me well. He kindly started the car before we went downstairs as well, only making me feel more loved.

At school, I kept quiet, not wanting to draw any attention to myself at all. Just as I had on movie night, I grew jealous of Davey making Jack laugh, wanting to scream in his face even though he wasn't doing anything wrong. Thankfully, though, I just pushed through it, knowing I was just being paranoid.

To my own surprise, the day went the same as any other, being insulted every now and then.  After it was over, we went right home, and I spent some time going over my songs for the auditions tomorrow. Jack painted while I did so, the two of us eventually eating dinner together and enjoying the peace.

"Hey, is it alright if I go shower quick?" Jack suddenly asked, smiling.

"Of course it is, you don't have to ask," as he always did, he kissed me on the top of the head before getting up, my face going bright red.

"I won't be long," he said, leaving the room and giving me some time to practice my songs out loud.

Not much time passed before he was back, and by then I was completely wiped out and just wanted to sleep. Jack picked up on this quickly, understanding that after being bedridden for a week, going to school drained me. He got in bed with me and we cuddled together, Jack not saying a word as he let me fall asleep against his chest.

I walked through the front door of Jack's house, no crutch in hand. While taking my shoes off, I noticed an extra set beside Jack's, confusing me. Of course, I just assumed he had gotten a new pair and left them out, brushing it off. I went upstairs to our room, a sudden feeling of dread hitting me as I grabbed the handle. With my heart pounding, I opened the door, my worst nightmare coming true.

I was greeted with Jack and Davey sitting in bed, staring at me in shock. Tears began streaming down my face immediately, my eyes locked with Jack's.

"What..." Was all I could get out, absolutely horrified.

"Crutch, I was gonna tell you," Jack jumped in, getting out of bed. "I didn't want you to find out like this-"

"You told me you loved me," I blurted, feeling sick to my stomach.

"I did, I swear, but I just... I stopped," he bluntly said, my heart breaking into millions of pieces.

"When? Why?" I pushed, unsure if I was more angry or hurt.

"A few weeks ago, and... You became too much. I can't deal with you anymore," his tone suddenly changed to one of anger, instantly reminding me of my Dad.
