"How do I look?" I asked Maya once I stepped out of the bathroom

"You look stunning." Maya said looking up from her phone "Selena wow.."

"I hope Jacob thinks so too." I stated as I pulled on my converse and and looked at myself one last time

"..Selena I still can't wrap my head around why you did this look at yourself..you're so pretty."

"I don't think I am..but thank you."

Maya and I chilled around for a while before I felt my phone buzz in my pocket

"We're outside.."

"He's here.."

Maya looked at me while I looked at her

"Let's go.." She said as she stood up I stood up as well and as we were walking towards the door there were soft knocks

Maya pulled it open and from a distance I could see Jacob standing at the door dark shades covering his eyes

Maya opened the door wide and soon enough Jacob and I were staring at each other from a distance his lips parted as if he was going to speak but he couldn't I felt my body begin to shake and I felt as if I was going to pass out and honestly that's what I wanted to happen.
