Gojo and y/n joined Levi and Erwin on scene, their guest still not here. Levi took y/n over to a corner away from the other two.
"He refuses to tell me what's going on"
"Don't worry, I understand the situation"
did the Prince explain it?
"But do you forgive him?"
She didn't.
how can I even accept an apology that hasn't been given?
"Levi, I have a favour to ask of you"
She changed the topic.
Levi huh?
"What is it?"
"Be my mentor"
Taking a step back, she lowered her head.
Great choice my Lord. Though his heart is tainted, this one is worthy.
Levi, let his slight shock show but soon sighed.
mentor? does she not know she exceeds my skill?
"Y/n...I can not mentor someone who is already better than me"

"I didn't lower my head to hear that. In skill maybe but not in knowledge or wisdom, that's what a mentor needs to be after all"
This time y/n raised her head only to see concern on Levi's face. And she knew the look all too well, why he was scared to accept her as his successor.
"You're scared, you think the inevitable fate of those who follow you is to die. But you've mistaken me for a sheep, I'm not a follower so greater or not, I'm asking for your guidance"
Levi stood still in thought. This was the first anyone had ever read him so clear, y/n was different. She was strong, stronger than him. So maybe he could do this.

"Then stop arguing with me all the damn time, I can't have a predecessor who doesn't listen"

Levi hid a little smile as the pair joined Erwin and Gojo who had been staring at the two.
"Talking to other men isn't very faithful"
She felt a headache already coming on. He hadnt changed at all, he annoyed her all the same.
"I'll break your finger"
"You wouldn't dare"
Y/n grabbed his left hand, ready to snap any finger.
"Choose your pick"
I see she's as serious as ever
Gojo chuckled before swiftly removing his hand out of her grasp and rubbing it.
"Baby relax"

Erwin scoffed in jealousy which they all grew silent at so failed to notice the tall man who approached them until he spoke.
"Knock it off Gojo"
A deep voice addressed the Prince who felt a hand rest upon his left shoulder.
"You two should overdose on chill pills. Jesus, always got something up your assess"
