Luke's pov
I could barely keep my eyes open as I sat behind the counter.they didnt need me at the diner today,but they needed me at the record shop because new records were coming in.Nirvana's Bleach and SoundGarden's Ultramega OK and Louder than love,a music renaissance was coming.but it wasn't normal music,no it was something new:something powerful,loud,impactful.I then heard someone whistle,"man this is a sweet record shop!"I recognized that voice:it was Stone.I snapped of my sleepy state and stood up,Stone was here with the rest of the guys.I rubbed one of my eyes,"what are you guys doing here?"I asked them."Eddie wanted to see you,I just wanted some new records."Jeff explained,Eddie blushed in embarrassment while Mike laughed.
"Besides that,you're our drummer now:remember?"Stone reminded me."oh yeah,I forgot about that."he admitted,"that's ok,"Eddie assured me.he gently grabbed my arm,"you look like you need rest."he pointed out.I sighed,"I wish I could,but I can't.they don't need me at the diner today,and I gotta pay one of my bills soon."I explained."just live with Eddie already!"Mike blurted out,Jeff hit the back of his head."hey!No fighting in the shop guys!I'll get in trouble,go take it outside."I yelled,Stone grabbed both Jeff and Mike by the collar of their jackets and dragged them out of the store.
I sighed and rubbed my eyes,"he has a point Lukey."Eddie said.I gave him a look,"Lukey?"i said."hey you call me Ed."he pointed out,"but that's besides the point."he said as he shook his head.he grabbed my hands,"move in with me."he said.I widened my eyes,"We've been dating for 7 weeks."i pointed out."Yeah but,I want you to be with me all the time."he said,making me blush."I dunno Eddie..."I said,looking away."Luke,baby,"he lifted my chin up and make me look at him,"I love you so much,you know that right?"I nodded.
"I'd never hurt you,I know that this'll work out."he said,I began to tear up."oh Eddie..."he leaned his forehead against mine,"move in with me."he whispered.he put his hand behind my neck,I held his hips close to mine."I will."i said,his face lit up."really?you mean it?"he asked,I smiled and nodded.he jumped up and down and cheered,I laughed and smiled.he cupped my cheeks and kissed me,"when does work end?"he asked eagerly."In like 6 minutes."I replied,he cheered again."I will see you in six minutes!"he said,he quickly kissed me before sprinting out the door and telling the guys.
