"E-Eddie...Eddie where are you.."he whimpered,"oh fuck..."Stone sat up and looked at me."what's wrong?"I grabbed Luke and sat him up,"Luke's having a nightmare again."Stone widened his eyes and Mike immediately turned around,"oh fuck,"he turned back around and asked Jeff to stop the van.he nodded and immediately pulled over,he quickly got out of the van(to probably explain to the others what was happening)."Luke,"I began to try to shake him away,I heard the back door the van open."is he ok??"Shelli asked in a worried tone,"he won't wake up."I quickly replied.
"Luke baby wake up,"i shook him a bit harder this time."you're dreaming!"Luke's eyes shot open and he screamed loudly,tears rolling down his cheeks."move out of the way!"I commanded to Shelli,she quickly nodded and moved out of the way,Luke practically jumped out of the van and collapsed onto the grass.i knelt beside him,rubbing his back as he began to throw up."it's ok,"I repeated over and over,desperately trying my best to calm Luke down.this wasn't my first time seeing Luke have a nightmare like this,so I immediately suspected that he had a nightmare about his parents again.
Once Luke stopped puking he began to sob quietly,"I'm sorry...I'm sorry..."he quietly repeated.i pulled him towards me,holding him tight as I safely wrapped my arms around him."I-Im ruining everything Ed...I'm a burden...I'm not fit to be a father..."my heart shattered when I heard him say that.i was about to open my mouth,but then the girls stepped in.
