Luke's pov
After Eddie and I told our friends that we were adopting, you could imagine how they reacted. Dave squealed loudly, expressing that we should go to Virginia because he knew it like the back of his blistered hands(his words, not mine). Stone and Jeff were beyond excited, they suggested that we should all go to Virginia together(saying it would be like a roadtrip). Eddie and i agreed and laughed, thinking it would be fine. Ben, Matt, and Kim volunteered to grab each band's touring van so that traveling would be easier. And so, we were all split into groups:
-Chris, Susan, Matt, April(Matt's girlfriend), and Ben
-Layne, Demri, Sean, Jerry, and Mike Inez
-Dave, Pat, William, Nate, and Franz( Dave insisted that he wanted to take Big Red, his precious van)
and finally:Me, Eddie, Stone, Jeff, and Mike
"Alright! I packed everything we need for this trip." Shelli said to me, Susan, and Demri. Her and Krist wanted to tag along as well, so we let them come with us since they're also our friends(they'll be riding with Dave because we warned them that Stone and Mike get a bit rowdy sometimes). "Shelli, are you sure you wanna come?" Susan asked, "yeah, i mean, it's not gonna be easy." Demri pointed out. I guess i should explain why the girls are worried about Shelli, well...she's pregnant. I know, it's very exciting(and the boys are still fighting over who will be the godfather)but it's still a bit worrying.
Shelli giggled,"you two are just like Krist, take a chill pill!"she put her hands on their shoulders. "Look, try not to focus on me ok? We're here to support Luke." she said, pointing at me. I awkwardly waved, reminding Susan and Demri that i was still in the room. Suddenly, we heard loud honking from different vans." LUKE! LADIES! THE GUYS ARE HERE LETS GO GO GO!"we heard Matt exclaim, we then heard something fall down the stairs. I quickly rushed out of the room, only to see that it was Matt and Ben(who fell down the stairs).
"Oh my god!"April, Matt's girlfriend, exclaimed as she rushed down the stairs. She helped Matt up while i helped Ben up,"why must you do stuff like this?"i said as i jokingly shook my head in disappointment. "Hey!you dont say that when Eddie acts like a madman on stage!"Matt whined like a child, "Because i know the crowd will catch him."but he just stuck his tongue out like a child.
