It was Friday and the week seemed to fly by for Aurora. With her many classes and flirty encounters with a certain someone, she enjoyed the days. Not to mention the physical encounters she had also had with that certain someone. Although they only kissed, every time Aurora was left frustrated and almost begging for more.
But now it was Friday.
Friday.
At 8pm she had her tutoring session with Nott. In light of recent events, this little activity had completely left Aurora's mind. But now, as she sat in her last class of the day, listening to Snape, her mind ran wild with the possibilities the evening may well hold.
A voice snapped her back into reality.
"Miss Jenkins, why don't you tell us what you smell?,"Snape drawled as he approached their table.
Aurora's eyes darted to Snape, then Theo who was wearing a sarcastic grin due to her daydreaming and finally the bubbling cauldron before her.
"Oh, yes sir,"she said before taking a step towards the cauldron.
The smell hit her almost immediately. None the less, she took a deep inhale of the scent, relishing in it almost. Her eyes closed as the smell completely filled her senses.
"What do you smell Rory?,"Lee's voice asked from a few seats away.
Cigarettes, that cologne of his and the sweet scent of freshly made waffles.
Aurora thought for a moment before speaking. Before she said anything she could already feel his eyes on her.
Auroras eyes fluttered open.
"Oh, I smell....parchment and erm, honey,"she stuttered before stepping away from the cauldron.
The scent of cigarettes, cologne and waffles still surrounded her. A glance to her left made her stomach tingle. He was wearing that cheeky smirk that stemmed to make her legs go weak.
"Parchment and honey you say?,"he mouthed quietly as Snape made his way up towards somebody else.
Nott took many deep breaths as the scent continued to waft out of the cauldron and towards his nostrils.
Vanilla, strawberries and a hint of mint.
He knew he was fond of the scent of her mint and apple shampoo and her perfume, but them appearing as his Amortentia caught him off guard. It confirmed what, deep down, he knew to be true. He had developed serious feelings for the girl beside him, and that fact scared him. He had never had this before. It was new. But for her, he'd figure it out.
"Mr Weasley, what do you smell?,"Snape asked a dazed out George.
George scratched his head and leaned towards the cauldron. Aurora watched him carefully and almost giggled when his cheeks turned red and his eyes nervously glanced over in the direction of Susan Bones.
"I eh..smell eh..cherries and peppermint,"George mumbled quietly.
Aurora was next to glance over at Susan, and her heart bloomed when she saw the smile that graced the girls features. She was happy George had finally stopped messing around with girls, and gotten himself one like Susan.
"That will be all for today. Clean up and let yourselves out. If I see is single cauldron out of place, detention awaits all of you,"Snape said, snapping Aurora back reality.
Aurora stepped forward and emptied the cauldron then picking it, and other equipment up and bringing them to the big cupboard at the back of the class.
As she struggled to reach the top shelf, a large hand enclosed around the cauldron and returned it to its place for her.
"Parchment and honey then,"he said lowly into her ear.
Aurora rolled her eyes and continued to return the equipment back to their places.
"Yes, why? What did you smell?,"she asked bravely, subconsciously dreading his answer.
He took a deep breath before placing his hand on her hip and lowered his head to her ear. From the back, nobody could notice.
"You'd love to know wouldn't you? Well, I'll make you a deal then. Tonight at 8, we discard the topic of Potions. Instead, we do something else,"he said, practically growling into her ear as his hand lowered itself to her thigh.
Her heart felt as though it were about to jump out of her chest with excitement. The feeling of his hand stroking up and down her thigh so gently made he knees go weak and that familiar feeling form between her thighs. Aurora plucked his hand off of her and turned around to face him.
"Pick a potions chapter you struggle with. See you at 8,"she said with a grin before strolling under his arm and toward their desk.
He watched as the witch plucked her books from their desk and made her way to the door of the classroom, turning around to shoot him a quick wink before leaving.
Theo stood in awe of her. How her mere presence sent his mind and heart racing. He barely noticed the pressure beginning to build below his belt. Placing his hands in his pockets, he attempted to relieve the situation. To his disappointment, it didn't do much.
He'd have to sort it out himself later to the thought of her under him like she was a minute ago.
Not that he minded of course.

"Say Rory, did you hear about the Halloween Party?,"Fred asked.
Aurora shook her head and plucked another drewball from the table and popped it into her mouth.
"No why, what is it?,"she mumbled.
"A party on Halloween genius. Apparently Slytherin said they'd host this year,"Fred said with raised eyebrows.
Aurora mimicked his expression as she lay on one of the couches opposite him in the common room.
"Slytherin? They rarely host anything?,"she said.
"That's what I said,"George said with a nod.
"Either way, it's a party I guess,"Aurora said with a shrug of her shoulders.
George and Fred both laughed.
"Yeah in the dungeons! Some get-together that'll be,"Fred said.
"We'll have to see then. What time is it Georgie?,"she asked.
George checked his watch.
"7:45"
Aurora practically jumped up from her place on the couch.
"Shit, shit, shit,"she mumbled as she scrambled to gather her books from the table.
"Why the rush?,"Fred asked.
Aurora turned as she made her way towards the stairs of the dormitories.
"Tutoring at eight,"she said before sprinting up the stairs.
"Drinks later when you get back?,"George shouted up after her.
"Alright, don't wait for me to start,"she said finally before shutting the door.
"Nott? Again?,"Fred said.
George shrugged.
"Tutoring,"he mocked.
Fred shook his head and laughed.
"Ideal, that means there's no chance she'll come across our plans for the evening then,"Fred said as he clapped his hands together mischievously.
"Ideal indeed,"George echoed.
Meanwhile Aurora was tearing through her trunk, trying to find an outfit. Finally, she settled on a quidditch jumper, black skirt and boots.
Making her way down the stairs, she turned to say goodbye to the twins but they had already left.
"Strange,"she muttered to herself.
And with that, she spun around on her heal and made her way to the Astronomy tower, her heart pounding in her chest the whole way there.
