The serene and cold morning made Wu Xie want to stay on the bed all day. Since they had an activity planned, he needed to wake up. They'd be hiking a hill behind the resort. Wu Xie knew he got injured last night but he's sure he's feeling all good now. Especially, because Zhang Kylin dressed his wound.
Wu Xie fluttered his eyes open before smiling at the empty side of the bed. He sat up slowly, staring at the foggy window. It was colder as Zhang Kylin was not there when he woke up. Shaking off the thought, Wu Xie jumped onto his feet and grinned widely. His knees were working well. It won't be a problem for him to hike.

The cold breeze hit Wu Xie's body as soon as the elevator opened. He pouted slightly, rubbing his arms over the thick jacket. He made sure to put on enough clothes but it's still quite cold. Perhaps because it's still early in the morning.
The lobby of the resort was bustling more than ever since people were gathering for the hike. Wu Xie squinted his eyes to look for any familiar head among the crowd.
He gasped loudly once an arm wrapped around his shoulder.
'Wu Xie.'
Wu Xie sighed in relief as he turned to look at Hei Yanjing.
'Where's Xiao Hua?'
'Oh. Xiao Hua? He's tired since last night we, you know- ouch!!'
Wu Xie grinned once Xiao Hua kicked the back of Hei Yanjing's knee.
'He looks all fine tho. Maybe you should work harder, Hei Yanjing.'
The tall man nodded his head.
'That's true, Wu Xie.'
Xie Yuchen rolled his eyes, tired to deal with this early in the morning.
'How's your knee, Wu Xie?'
'Hm? I'm fine, Xiao Hua. It's just a few scratches anyway. Wait.. You didn't tell Ershu, right?'
Xie Yuchen huffed, scooting closer to Wu Xie, who's now sandwiched between Hei Yanjing and Xie Yuchen.
'I won't tell him unless I find your corpse.'
Hei Yanjing shook his head.
'Wu Xie. He's so worried about you. That's why last night- ah! Ouch!'Wu Xie padded away from the fighting scene.

People were gathering at the compound to listen to the guide who'd be leading the hike. There were other visitors too, including the youngster. Wu Xie looked around again to look for the jet-black hair. And oh, oh how Wu Xie wished he wouldn't. It's the typical sight of Ah Ning hugging Zhang Kylin but it's bugging him so much that his heart clenched, clenched in pain.
'Wu Xie.'
Wu Xie didn't like that voice. What a way to spoil his already spoiled morning.
He turned to look at the male then smiled slightly.
'Leo.'
'Finally, I found you. Are you okay? I heard you got hurt last night. Are you sure you can go hiking with us?'
