Leaving Arjun and shreya alone, sana went to the bathroom to get ready.
Awkward silence filled the room, they both stood in their places looking here and there. Shreya stood there fidgeting with her dress, were as his hands were dug inside his pockets. They both looked at eachother from time to time giving an awkward smile, as if this was their first conversation. He decided to break the silence,

Arjun: " audition edhuvum poriya ena?" He asked eyeing her from head to toe.

Shreya: "audition ah?" She asked with a frown.

Arjun: "ama....edhadhu horror movie ku?!" He smirked at her. She went and looked at herself in the mirror and widen her eyes. Her hair was a complete mess, she instantly adjusted it.
Looking at her reaction he folded his lips inwardly to suppress the laughter.
She turned towards him and gave a death glare which made him to crack up. She gave him an unbelievable look and in a couple of strides she stood infront of him fuming in anger.

Shreya: "ena paatha ungaluku pei maadhiri theridha?" She asked gritting her teeth.

Arjun: "ma...ipdi ketah....naa ena sollradhu...?" He controlled his giggle, looking at her nose flaring in anger.

Fire flower. She pinched him on his arm making him to wince in pain between his laugh. She then punched him slightly on his abdomen, he hissed rubbing the spot and sat on the bed.

Arjun: "ma...valikudhu ma...." he said rubbing his abdomen panting. As he was sitting it was easy for her to attack him,

Shreya: "ena ya pei nu sollringa..." She said hitting him on the chest "apo....anubavinga".

Arjun: "chumma...kalaaichen ma..." In his defense he caught both her wrist to stop her from hitting him. She wriggle her hands to get out of his grip which made her to loose her balance and she sat on his lap accidentally. But they both were too busy in fighting to notice
That. She pulled her hands from his grip and held his ears,

Arjun: "aiyoo...heyyyyy valikudhu..ma" he said hissing in pain.

Shreya: " ahnnn...valikuradhuku than adipaanga..." She showed an evil smirk.

Arjun: "arghhh....sorry sorry....ipo kaadha vidu...valikudhu diiiii.."

Shreya: "ahnn..andha bayam irukatum"
She left his ear having victorious smile on her lips. He rubbed his ear pouting,

Arjun: "seriyana villi di nee..." he shook his head in disbelief, earning a giggle from Shreya.

As she was sitting on his lap, his right hand held her waist and the other hand was on her right leg an inch above her knee touching her warm skin. He held her securely from not falling down and she held his shoulder for support, still without realizing their proximity between them.(who knows maybe they didn't mind it😜, anyway)

Shreya: "ama arjuney...yapo vandhinga? Room ku yaara thedi vandhinga?" She asked looking at him casually, that is when he realized the purpose he came to the room. His face slowly turned pink realizing their position, his breathing pattern changed. She noticed his expression change and frowned looking at him,
"Ena aachu arjuney?" She asked keeping her hand on his chest and felt his rapid heartbeat.

Arjun: "sh..Shreya.." it came out as a whisper...

Shreya: "hmmm..." She looked at him

His mind instantly went to the incident that happened between them outside his house on their 1st family meeting, he left a shaky breath looking at her face again at this proximity. He gulped hard and tried to push away the thoughts, but their proximity wasn't helping him. He noticed his hand was holding her bare leg, his hormones inside was bubbling up. She looked at him straight in the eyes and gasped softly understanding his sudden change in breathing. She lowered her gaze to look at her leg to notice his hold. She again met his gaze which was already looking at her, shiver ran down her spine. She went all jittery and removed her hand from his chest and slowly placed it on his hand which was holding her leg. He didn't know what to do as his brain didn't cooperate with him, he kept watching her actions. She slowly removed his hold from her leg and stood up right away adjusting her dress.
