I stood in front of the gray head stone, with Michael's name engraved into it. The idea of him not being here still haunted me.
"I want you to come back, trust me I would give anything. And I know somewhere, where ever you are you are listening to what I'm saying. I love you with every damn fiber in my body and ever since the day you died. I haven't been able to sleep on your side of the bed. And the journal you left for me to read? The letter? I haven't touched it.
Guess what? I've decided our baby's name is going to be yours. Since we never got married I guess I'm keeping my last name. I still wear your shirts you know? And some of them still smell like you. The boys have been awfully helpful, they are really excited for baby Clifford to be born. They have already bought him a bunch of stuff. And I found it. " I take a deep breath and bite down on my lip before letting a heavy flow of tears fall from my eyes. "The ring. You were going to propose. I'm sorry I never noticed. How sad you were. But I love you MICHAEL. I love you so much it hurts." I fall to my knees and cry just as I did the day he left. But I regain myself.
I'm going to be strong.
