"And to solve everyone's questions, yes the play will have a kiss." Almost all the class cheered. "And since you know I'm the second main lead, the choice for the main character will be very significant and with a lot of caution. Kissing my student is not a funny thing." When those words left my mouth Y/n finally stared at me for the first time after the incident.

She was afraid.

I cleared my throat and started talking again. " Hear me out carefully. The storyline will be pretty simple. There is going to be the main character, her name is  Melissa and she'll be a girl living all alone since she lost both her parents in a car accident. The love interest which is me is a doctor named Jacob. Their relationship will start when Mellisa has an accident on a cold winter night and goes to the hospital. They'll meet there and this is slowly their story. The play is going to be cold Christmas Miracles since Melissa actually didn't have a chance to survive the accident but Jacob managed to save her." Everyone seemed to like the idea and when I stopped explaining the plot Y/n gave me a small smile which calmed me down a little and I continue our lesson explaining the plot with relief.

SOME TIME LATER

"Alright class, let's start the auditions now for Mellissa. I guess all of you would like to participate in that role. I want all of you to raise your hand so I can count the participants." I scan the room to see how many girls will want to audition, hoping inside of me for my baby to raise her hand as well. Thankfully she slowly raises her hand and my worries go away. 

I know I need to be objective when it comes to auditions but I'm not that nervous since I know that Y/n has a very similar character to Melissa. She is shy and introverted and I don't doubt that in the auditions she'll do great without trying much.

"Let's start right away. Here is the part I want you to play so I can choose Melissa." While giving them the script some girls were excited, others very sure of themselves and there are also some like Y/n where you could see the anxiety in their eyes. 

"Hello, ladies and Gentlemen." A voice filled the room and we all turned our faces to search the source of the not-so-familiar voice. "I can see you already started the practice." It was Mr. Choi, another professor. "The principal told me about the play and he also told me to help with the auditions so here I am." 

"Of course, we'll start right away with the auditions for the main character. The girls we'll start right away." Me and Mr. Choi took our seats and the girls made a line with who is gonna start first. Of coursed Y/n went tot the back to be the last one.  I let out a small giggle, finding her nervousness adorable.

"You can start." Each one of the students started auditioning but no one so far impressed me. Time was passing and I was anticipating for my love's turn to come. The last but one girl to audition was Lia which was something I definitely didn't expect. 

"You can start Lia." Mr. Choi said and we were watching her play the part. She was good, I can't argue with that but there are parts where she just couldn't play them properly. Those parts were when Melissa was shy and was shuttering. She just couldn't do them simply because this wasn't her character.
