Another Decade dance

(A.N) Hey guys I need your help because I really can't decide who Emmy should end up with later on. Right now she's going to be single for a little while but for later on Like should it be Damon or Klaus or if u have any other suggestions feel free to comment.

I open my eyes and the glare from the sun almost blinds me. Isabelle isn't here which means she's probably out or in her room. Whole night I've been thinking and I think I've finally come to a decision. At first it was kind of hard but as Klaus kept calling my phone and waking me up my anger rose and now I realize I could care less.

Ever since Stefan and I came back to Mystic Falls I feel like I haven't been my best self. You know what I mean? I used to be so fun and absolutely hilarious and most people hated me and now I've been so serious and boring. Omg I'm Elena...oh hell no.

Okay I've just made the disturbing revelation that I'm basically Elena and it's creeping me the fuck out. Okay I need to take action quicker than I thought. So basically what I finally decided was that I need to make sure that I'm absolutely done with Klaus. Oh hell yeah I still have some feelings for him but as we can clearly see I need to focus on myself. So I need to end things with him completely. Wait is there even anything to end? Okay whatever. The difficult thing is that I'm still friends with Rebekah so if I happen to see Klaus then we'll talk but for now I'll just ignore him. Ignore the problem until it goes away...duh.

Second there will be no more stolen kisses with Damon. Honestly I can't promise that but we'll figure it out. But all I know is I have to find the weapon so that I don't end up like Scary Mary and maybe I'll help Stefan and that whole group with Ric.  God it sounds like a long day.

Oh shit that's not all I have to do. Let's just say Caroline has forced me into helping her decorate the school. We haven't even talked since her birthday funeral thingy but she and Rebekah actually found something to agree on so now I'm stuck helping. And I'm definitely running late. I roll off my bed anr contemplate staying on the floor but I can't because Rebekah will kill me and then Caroline will rekill me. So I get up off the floor and take a bath. After that I change and put on a strapless green cropped top and black ripped jeans.

"What are you doing? You can't just hang them! They're supposed to trickle down." Caroline scolds. She has me hanging stars on the ceiling with Matt and Jeremy. "Trickle, duh!" Matt jokes which I snort at. "If I do them you get them how I want." I shrug which Caroline rolls her eyes at. "How about you don't do it at all." She snaps and I smirk at Jeremy and Matt. "And that's how you get out of that....have fun."

"Take me with you." Matt fake whines. I climb down the ladder shaking my head at him.

The smile on my face slowly vanishes when I hear Caroline say. "You sure it has nothing to do with witnessing Emmy and Damon getting hot and heavy in a skeevy motel?" To Elena and I raise my eyebrows at both of them before walking over.

"First of all that should not be public knowledge, second it was one small kiss and third it was a moment of weakness." I list and Caroline looks unconvinced. "Please don't tell me you guys are getting back together.." she scoffs and before I can answer she continues. "Don't get me wrong, you two were epic...total goals except for the fact that Damon was-is a complete ass but I was totally rooting for you two....no offense Elena but..." Caroline starts babbling and I stop her. "What exactly is your point here?" I argue raising my voice slightly.

She takes a small breath. "My point is that Damon really hurt you..what's to stop him from doing that again?" She lectures. Okay the only person that's supposed to know about any of this is Isabelle or actually anyone else except Caroline. Chances are if Caroline knows, alot of other people probably will.
