I woke up to Barry's head on my chest and my arms in his hair. The sun hadn't risen yet, so the city was still slightly dark. He was snoring lightly and had the covers kicked off of him. I smiled as I played with his hair. I took in the moment and finally relaxed after a very, very, long time.

As the sun began to rise, Barry finally seemed to wake up. It was seven nine am and I was hungry. But I didn't want to get up from the moment. I saw Barry yawn and he smacked his lips together. I chuckled a bit and he slowly opened his eyes.

"Morning Barry." I smiled and his eyes went wide. He immediately jumped up off me and looked around at where he was. He looked back at me and I stopped smiling.

"What's wrong?" I asked him.

He began to say something but then he remembered what we had done last night and how he told me about Fuches. He really trusted me and I was happy he could feel confident in telling me how he truly felt about his job. He chuckled and we sat up together. He looked at himself and gasped in embarrassment. I giggled and he hopped out of bed.

"I'll be back." He said and he rushed off to the bathroom.

He came back dressed and asked sleepily,

"What time is it?"

"Uh, seven thirty two." I replied.

"Oh shit. We've gotta go." He ran over to me and pulled me out of bed. I got changed and we ran out the door. As we ran across the parking lot, he smiled and turned around to me to say,

"Get in the car. I've got a surprise."

I began to say something but thought not to. Instead I ran around the car and buckled up. He was smiling like a little kid and his mood began to rub off on me. Some classical music was playing and I switched it to some Pop. Before we pulled out of the parking spot he handed me a blindfold and said,

"Put this on." He waited eagerly for me to put it on and I simply replied,

"We better not be going to Fuches'." We both laughed and we drove off.

I felt the car stop and Barry began to untie the blindfold. I took it off and we were parked atop a beautiful cliff. We were high up enough that the cars looked like ants and you couldn't make out any people. I turned to him at a loss for words and he grinned. The sun was rising and it was so peaceful. We got out of the car and he walked over to me. He outstretched his hand and I took it.

We sat down near the edge. Barry had set down a picnic blanket and we sat there together. He swung his arm around my shoulder and I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Barry, thanks for doing this. It's beautiful." I said.

"You're welcome. You deserve it Y/N."
