Haydens POV:

I rode around town looking for the club, it was not an easy task. I had gone home to get my wraps and gym stuff. I was hoping to fight tonight. What happened at the beach today kept plating in my head so I just shook my head and focused on finding this club. Finally after about an half an hour I found it, tucked away down an alley. As I pull up to the entrance of the club I see the guy standing outside waiting for me.

"Didn't think you were serious on the phone.." He trails off.

"Yeah well I'm here aren't I? Is there somewhere safe I can put my bike?" I look around at all the sketchy people and drunken idiots.

He nods. "Yeah round the back and give them this key, they'll let you in and take a name."

I just nod in response, take the key and drive off. I find what he was talking about. A big guarded garage. I ease up to the main door with the biggest man I have ever seen. He looks down at me and I have to crane my neck to see his face. He raises his eyebrows as if to say 'yes kid?'

So I just lift the key and show him why I'm here. "Name?" I pause, should I really be using my real name here? Or my street name?

"Hayday." My voice comes out firm and steady. He whips his head to me in shock. Great he knows the name and the reputation.

"You're Hayday? No way. I've heard about you! Oh man. You're like world champ, and you're here in Cali."

Now things are starting to get weird for me so I just shrug. "Yeah well I go where the fights are you know? Er, it's awlays great to meet a fan. Even if I haven't been on the seen for a while."

He starts nodding and rambling and motioning for his partner to come over. "Man do you know who this is?" When the guy shakes his head and stares me up and down the first guy cries out. "Dude! It's Hayday. The way he says my name makes me sit a little straighter. The second guy widens his eyes in disbelief.

"Well I'm sorry to cut this short guys but I've got a fight to get to."

The part and let me pass still whispering to each other while I park my bike. I take my bag and head back the way I came and towards the club entrance. To the death. The guys standing by the entrance, when he sees me and kicks off the wall and walks towards me. He holds out his hand and introduces himself simply as, "John."

We head inside and immediately I see the ring in the middle of the club, a bar off to the side and a VIP section on the other side looking down on the ring. There's a spotlight on the ring to make it stand out from everything else. The announcer has his own stage with a mic and list of fighters. John tells me to wait where I am and he goes over to the announcer and puts my name down for some fights I assume. Looking around I notice quite a few young people, probably my age or a little bit older.

Growing tired of standing on the spot I move towards the bar and sit down and wait, the bartender looks my way and heads over. Now he's a good looking guy just not my type. And especially not my type when he opens his mouth. "What does the pretty lady want to drink? Martini?" Maybe that works for other women but not me. so I look around me, then point to myself. "Are you talking to me?" He nods.

So I laugh and say, "Listen pretty boy. Lines like that might work on most girls, but I'm not most girls. So I'll just have JD and coke. And make it quick my fights up soon." He looks shocked for a moment, but then his face morphs into a genuine smile. He sticks his hand out and introduces himself.

"The names Nate." I can't help but smile at him and shake his hand.

"Hayden."

"So Hayden, what brings you here, To the death?" I shrug because really? Why am I here?

"Well the moneys nice but I guess I'm here to see what it's all about. Who knows? Maybe get a few wins on while I'm here."

He starts laughing like I'm crazy. He's about to speak but John calls me over. I down my drink and walk over. "Go get ready you've got a fight after this. Lets see what you're about huh?" He sends me on my way towards the dressing room which is just one big room without a door, a rusty mirror and mini fridge. Changing into some Lycra spanks and sports bra and a loose low cut side tank. I braid my hair up, out of my face, I wrap my hands nice and tight then move onto my feet. As I'm talking out my last piercing I''m called out.

I do a little warm up on my way to the ring, stretching out and soothing my muscles. I look towards my opponent, it's a girl. She's a bit smaller than me but never underestimate people because of their size. I look to see if she's right or left handed. Right. I get into the ring as does she. "Keep it clean ladies, and tap out to finish. Understand?" The ref looks at us both to ensure we agree and understand what he's saying. We both nod.

The fight isn't very long. She strikes first and gets a few jabs to my ribs, definitely bruised maybe a few broken. A few hits to my face, busted lip, bleeding eye and bruised jaw. But her on the other hand I fucked her up. I broker nose, busted her lip and gave her two black eyes. I had her pinned to the floor and as she tapped out I think I broke her arm. When I got up to celebrate my victory I looked over towards the bar to smirk but was shocked when I looked up to see Fox, Sara and Blaine staring back at me with similar expressions.

"And the winner is Hayday!" Everyone cheered but time seemed to stop for me and I just continued to stare at them. How much of that did they see? How long have they been here for? I turn and run from the ring and into the changing room. The only thing running through my head is shit.

Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit.
