The next day, In the morning you and Itto left the Inn and he introduced you to Kuki Shinobu, she commended you for being able to handle your boyfriends' antics, Kuki told you that she'd be the one to keep the gang In check and get Itto out of prison, and you thanked her for looking out for him, after you parted ways with them you headed back home to the Kamisato Estate, and the first thing you did was apologize to your Cousins, as well as Aki, Ayaka and Ayato told you there was nothing to apologize for and that you were grieving In your own away, they assured you that all was alright, after  that you settled back In at home with things starting to get better, though you'd wait to tell your Cousins about your relationship with Itto 

you were outside with Ayaka, both of you were wearing your Hakama training outfits, you asked Ayaka If she'd have a training duel with you today and she accepted 

"Begin whenever your ready" she said 

you gave a nod, you then summoned your Catalyst as your Electro Vision glowed, and you created a sword out of that element, holding to It as Ayaka's sword gleamed In the sun 

you then clenched It as you started running forward and Ayaka rushed up as well, you soon crossed blades, Ayaka was pushing you back, your feet skidding across the stones but you held your ground, and pushed her back before you countered her as she attacked

you then flipped backwards, kicking her sword back as you used your geta shoe, but then her own Cryo vision glowed and she sent a wave of Icy wind your way, you felt the Intense cold and you shielded your eyes, you were vulnerable right now and Ayaka rushed up, knocking your sword out of your hands and you stumbled backwards, just as Ayato came outside to look 

you brushed yourself off, but Ayaka advanced and with a wave of her sword she sent icy blades your way, you quickly put up an Electro shield as the blades shattered up impact 

Ayato furrowed his brows, "I wonder what (Y/n)'s next move will be"

you dispersed the shield, you then summoned your catalyst again as you sent purple lightening her way, Ayaka dodged quickly but was caught by the last one, and she fell to the ground

you gasped before running over, "Ayaka! are you alright!?"

she jumped up and caught you by surprise, but you quickly jumped away as she rushed up to you again, you started thinking fast on how you could stop her, she swung her sword with quick strikes and you barely missed the last one, you jumped and kicked her sword out her hands

sending a wave of Electro her way and she stumbled back, putting up a Cryo shield and you took her own sword In hand as you jumped up and shattered the Icy shield, Ayaka was In shock because no one's ever broken through her shields before, she picked herself up off the ground and ran around you before sliding, and she countered you by grabbing hold of your arms 

you both panted, with sweat on your foreheads and Ayaka then let go of you 

she smiled, "Well done"

"Thank you, but Ayaka what you did earlier was sneaky, I was scared I'd hurt you" you said 

she patted your shoulder, "I'm sorry, It was wrong of me to do that though I surprised you"

Ayato clapped, and you both turned to see him, "Well done both of you, (Y/n) you've Improved"

you smiled, "Thank you"

"I believe this is enough for today, come, let's have a break" said Ayaka

you nodded In agreement, Aki soon came out with some chilled water for you both to drink, you wiped your forehead free of sweat with your handkerchief, you then had a sip of your water as Ayaka gave you some tips about your sword usage, you didn't realize you made those mistakes at all, you felt embarrassed all of sudden but Ayaka assure you It was okay 

"My strong suit was never the sword" you said 

"Everyone has something their suited for, like your usage of magic with the Catalyst"

you gave a nod, "you're right, perhaps I should be easier on myself"

Ayaka smiled, giving your shoulder a pat "by the way, you've been spending a lot of time with Arataki Itto lately"

you blushed, "perhaps I have"

"Is there something going on?"

your blush turned redder, "I...well"

you stood up before leaving, "please excuse me,"

Ayaka started to giggle, "It was written all over her face,".
