Jenna came through the door of her, her sister's, and her father's apartment. She was visibly happy, humming to herself while dancing around the apartment. She danced all the way to the kitchen where she saw Athina eating her lunch.

"Geez, someone's happy." Athina said through her chewing.

"I am happy, Athina!" She sat down in a chair across from the girl with shades. "There's a school play that's coming up and I'm really excited about it because I'm going to try out!" Athina lifted a brow.

"Huh? Really? I thought that would be wayyy out of your comfort zone." Jenna's eyes sparkled.

"Well, it would be if we weren't doing Romeo and Juliet! One of my most favorite romance stories!" she swooned. "The role of the understudy would be the perfect chance for me to get front row seats and free tickets!! It's the most perfect plan... I try out for the lead, they give it to someone else and they give me tickets in case of an emergency!"

"Is that really how it works?" Athina finished off her lunch and pushed it to the side, leaning both elbows on the table.

"Isn't it the perfect plan of bamboozling people into giving me free stuff?!"

"...I'm rubbing off on you... and I couldn't be any prouder!" The two girls jumped up excitedly, celebrating Jenna's master plan.

The very next day, Jenna walked into the auditorium of Yokohama high school. The school day itself is finished, so the only people left in the school were people trying out for the play.

'This is perfect! There's not a lot of people here, at least one other person should be trying out for Juliet and I could just understudy them!' she smiled to herself, before taking a seat and waiting for her turn. 'I'm sure a wonderful person will be chosen for the role!' All she had to do before she tried out was to wait and watch other people perform. And when she was called up, she went onto the stage. 'Don't get nervous, Jenna. It's not like you're going to have to do this for the real thing!' the director smiled at her.

"Let's hear it from the beautiful young lady!" she clapped her hands happily. "What is your name darling?"

"M-my name is Jenna. I will be trying out for the understudy role of Juliet..." she cleared her throat, looking down at the script and then readying herself to start. "Tis but thy name that is mine enemy. Thou art thyself, though not a Montague. What's Montague? It is nor hand, nor foot, nor arm, nor face, nor any other part belonging to a man. Oh, be some other name!" Jenna continued on with her audition until she was finished. She bowed when she finished and the director clapped, writing down a few notes and then having Jenna sit back down. 'I hope that was ok. But if I don't get the understudy I could just buy the tickets to the show...' Then it was time for another person to tryout.

A blonde boy wearing a blue polo shirt and jeans went up on the stage. His hair was combed back and he had a smirk plastered on his face the whole time. 'Geez, that guy looks professional...'

"Ahem." the boy starts off, making sure everyone's attention is towards him. His face becomes dramatic and Jenna could've sworn she saw the sparkle of a tear roll down his cheek. "But soft! What light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun! Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon, who is already sick and pale with grief!"

'Sick and pale? Reminds me of Akutagawa!' Jenna didn't notice the hearts forming in her eyes. What she also didn't know was that she was zoning out in the direction of "Romeo", causing a few mixed signals between the two. When the boy was finished with his audition, he took a bow and sat back down... next to Jenna. Jenna clapped for him. "Wow! That was so good!" she smiled politely.
