We had a check-up yesterday right? Okay naman ang result. Maayos naman ang kapit ni baby. Basta stick with your diet lang. Eat lots of healthy foods and avoid liquor and junkfoods as much as possible. Avoid screentime, too, momma. Dagdag lang yan ng stress at isipin
It’s all up to you. But if you decide to still travel on air, it’s okay. Nasa first trimester ka pa lang naman. Nausea, vomiting, and feeling very tired is expected though.
Wala ka pa bang pinaglilihian?

How lucky! When I was pregnant with my first-born, I was very sensitive. May iba pa ngang buntis na inis sa mga asawa nila on the early months of their pregnancy. Tapos sobra ang mood swings, and changes on their bodies are noticeable.
Si Evie, doc. I’m sure you’ve heard. Haha
Yesss that girl! I was very like her when I was pregnant! Nako. Buti na lang hands on talaga sa kaniya ang asawa niya
Right. Both of you are flying abroad this month, right?

It’s okay. As long as you let the airlines know that you two are pregnant. I can give proofs for your due-dates if they asked. They would make adjustments naman.

Hindi pa kasi nila alam na buntis ako. Just Evie. And few of my colleagues in the hospital. Paano kaya yon? Would it make a difference if si Evie lang ang iannounce na buntis?
Yay for you, it wouldn’t. The airlines let pregnant women fly up to their 36th week.
