It was 11:30 exactly and I was just sitting on my chair, leg up, drinking my hazelnut coffee looking out the window. There comes a time-a random time where I get this awkward nervous feeling in me. Guessing sometimes paranoia. Overthinking is one thing that happens after and that's what I hate about myself. I try not to do it, I try to overcome it but it still makes me go through it. My boyfriend well not yet. Jack Johnson. I liked him for years and he told me he did too and not only that he does, he also told me he was already deeply inlove with me. He asked me out and one time he woke me up 5 in the morning him wearing his sweats and some hoodie and I guess he's planning to go for a jog. He woke me up and asked me if I wanted to accompany him to jog and who doesn't get lazy in that hazy time? I groaned and covered my head with my pillow. He pulled up the pillow and jumped on top of me "Jack get out please!" "Please Y/N? Please?" He begged doing his puppy face pout. "No." "I'll buy you breakfast. Coffee." "Next time." "So you're telling me you're saying no to coffee?" "Fuck up Jack. I'll get ready in 5." I said pushing him away getting up. Who would not say no to free food and coffee? As I got up, he smiled "no good morning kiss?" He asked smiling "from what you did? Not." I said giving him a sarcastic smile. Fast forward to that, it was breakfast time and he asked me if he could court me and I said yes. Now he's waiting for a yes for me to be his official girlfriend. I love Jack so much but I feel like I'm not ready yet and I know he understands but saying it again makes me feel like he's about to give up like he's waiting for nothing. I felt scared that he's fading away. But I love him so much now and yes I wanna say yes to make it official but scared to be broken.
"Y/N! I brought food!" I heard Jack enter my apartment. "Hi." I said standing from my seat. "What's wrong?" "Nothing. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed." "Seriously? Drunk?" "Jack no." I laughed and he did too and he faced back to bring out what he bought. I looked at him move and gripped my cup thinking about it. "Uh, Jack?" "Yeah?" He answered still facing back "about us..." "Yeah?" He is now facing me "What are we?" Was all that I can say seriously.. I did not have the exact words like ZERO WORDS in my mind to make sense. "uhm, somewhere near to being official?" He said standing straight now. I looked down thinking of words. I put down my cup and leaned against my counted crossing my arms taking a deep sigh "what's wrong?" I know he asked scared walking towards me. He held both my hands and I feel so complete with his touch. "Y/N. What's wrong?" "Nothing..." I shook my head ".... Just scared, probably." I continued "about us?" He asked so cutely and I just nodded my head "why?" He whispered. "You know that I'm not ready yet right?" "Yeah." "And you know that I love you so so much right?" "Of course." He said with a smile "but..." His smile slowly disappears "it's taking too long and I feel like you're like giving up.." "No. No no no baby girl. Why would I give up on doing what I wanna have what I love? It makes me fight for you more." "Jack.." "Y/N. Nothing can make me give up on you. I am in love with you." He said lifting my chin up. "I am too." I whispered. "So what's bothering my princess?" He asked "You fading away.." "Why?" "Cause I feel like I'm making you wait for nothing." He smiled and giggled "what's funny?" I asked like a baby girl "you're just so cuuuuuute!" He said pinching my cheeks. "Jack! Ouch!" I said and he hugged me "I'm sorry you're just so adorable okaay?" I laughed "I love you." I told him "I love you too." "I mean like 'I love you.'." I said trying to give him a sign that I want it to be official now "i know. I love you too baby." He said "Jack." I giggled "what?" He asked laughing confused. I smirked at his adorable slowness "What?" He asked louder with a confused laugh "I love you." "I love you too." I walked near him now and hugged him. "You're too slow in this situation." I said laughing. He looked down to me "what?" He still asked laughing confused. I kissed his chin. "I love you." "Wait. Wait. Y/N are you serious?" He pushed me now he's like almost kneeling holding my arms with his blue eyes now wide. "What?" I asked trying to hide my smile. "Are we?......" I nodded and his jaw dropped. He got really red. He turned back and pull his hair and rubbed his face and faced me again. "Really?" He asked high pitched and I laughed at his cuteness and nodded "OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! SHE SAID YES OH MY GOOOOODDDDDD!!!!!!!!" He screamed jumping and jumping he carried me and hugged me so tight and I laughed. He lets go of me and I brought out a yawn. "My princess had not got any sleep yet?" "No." "Cmon." He said holding my hand bringing me to my room. We both laid down and he covers me and him under the blanket since it was pretty chilly. He puts his arm around me and I lay my head on his chest and he faces me and caresses my face "I love you." He whispers. "I love you too." I answered back closing my eyes then I felt his lips on mine and I kissed him back then he kissed deeply. He pulls out "First ever kiss.." He smiled I pecked his lips again "First and forever." I whispered and and hugged me tight and cuddled me. And I dozed off. 😌 i feel safe. complete. loved. blessed to have Jack as mine.
