Thoma's POV

I fell asleep on Aether's back. As soon as I woke up I realised he was no longer there. I got up to look for him, I found him hugging someone then I felt as if someone shot arrow straight into my heart. "Why do I feel this way..." I wondered shedding a tear knowing Aether was already mine. I tried wiping it off but then I felt another tear on my cheek. I took few deep breaths trying to calm down.

Thoma's POV

I checked once again, Aether wasn't hugging him anymore. My heart stopped aching. "What was that?" I whispered to myself and closed my eyes, I never felt like this before. "Thoma" Aether showed up in-front of me "Are you okay?" he asked but I wasn't able to answer so I just hugged him.

Aether's POV

After me and Childe stopped hugging I went to check if Thoma is awake. He was standing there with his eyes closed, he looked as if he was in pain. "Thoma" I spoke and Thoma opened his eyes "Are you okay?" I asked worried about him. Thoma hugged me without a word. I hugged him back then he picked me up. Next thing I know we're laying down. It was comfortable I could fall asleep in his arms.

Thoma's POV

Holding Aether close made me feel safe again. I knew he's mine and I'm his so it made me wonder why it'd hurt to see him with another guy. "Am I jealous?" I asked myself speachlessly looking at my vision. I felt like I wasn't worth carrying it anymore but I was stuck with it until the rest of my life. I was given it for a reason. At that moment I changed my mind. I couldn't just give up, I needed to fight for someone I love just like I did for people of Inazuma.

Childe's POV

I watched Aether walk to the other room. I heard him saying blonde guy's name, it was Thoma. From what I heard at that moment he wasn't okay. "Did I make him jealous?" I wondered but before I could answer the question myself I heard a noise of hitting a mattress. It sounded as if something heavy fell on it so I automatically thought that Thoma lay down with Aether. I peeked and I found out I was right. "He feels insecure when I'm around Aether, huh?" I asked myself already knowing the answer. I wrote a letter and left it on the table. After some time I walked out leaving them alone.

Aether's POV

I woke up in Thoma's arms, after realising it was already past midnight, I tried to go back to sleep but I accidentally woke Thoma up. "How was your sleep sunshine?" Thoma said as he looked at me. "It was great, thanks to you!" I answered with a smile. Thoma held me close and got up ending up carrying me. "Let's go somewhere together" I proposed wraping my arms around him in a hug. He kisd my cheek then we walked out the guest house. I told him where to go every time he asked until we got to a perfect place. I took out some ingedients I had in my bag and Thoma ignited nearby fireplace. I prepared some fruity skewers Kaeya taught me to make and Thoma made various dishes known mainly in Inazuma, egg roll, mixed yakisoba, miso soup, tonkotsu ramen, tuna sushi, tricolor dango and way more.

Thoma's POV

As we were preparing food together I thought it would be better to tell Aether about my worries and my fear of losing him. After we finished eating I decided to talk about it "Aether, do you mind if we talk about something?", there was no going back from that moment, I had to talk with him. "Yes Thoma?" said Aether as he smiled. I took a deep breath and spoke "You know I love you so please if you ever decide to leave me it'd be a sign for me that I am not good enough for you. So please tell me if I do something wrong."

Aether's POV

After what Thoma told me I was shocked. It was clear he felt like he wasn't good enough which was wrong because I loved him for a longer time. But I had to prove it to him. I got closer and kissed him, "I love only you Thoma" I said as I looked in his eyes, "I love you too Aether" he said smiling.
