Mpreg Special 9 - Many full diapers

A new year has begun and the harsh winter has properly hit Finland. But we get that only in passing. Because our twins are now 3 months old and keep us properly on the go. Since the phase in which they practically only slept, is over. Now they want to show loudly that they are here and they want all our attention.

Honestly, when we were given a large supply of diapers, I thought, well, they will last forever and that there are far too many. But after only three months, the supply is pretty much used up. So many full diapers in just so few months. How can two such tiny creatures poop so much?

We've also noticed that Ying seems much more bubbly than Wangji. He smiles a lot and is always excited when Zhan gets him out of his crib. And he seems to love waking Wangji up.

The two of them still share a crib. They are still so small that this is not a problem. Plus, they cuddle with each other in the crib or hold hands. Yes, really! Sometimes Zhan and I check in on them to see how they are doing and if they are still sleeping. And several times we have seen the two of them holding hands while sleeping.

Wangji is very calm and already seems very attentive. Nothing seems to upset him that quickly. Right now the only things that bother him and make him cry are hunger, a full diaper or when he can't see Ying. He puts up with everything, even hours of cuddling. But if he doesn't see Ying anymore, he immediately starts to cry bitterly.

They are only three months old, but they are already starting to show us their unique personalities. So I think our Wangji will become very smart one day and always keep calm, even in stressful situations. While our Ying will do a lot of flirting and mischief. He has a really cheeky gaze.

A few days ago we went to the city to buy new baby milk and a few other things. Among other things, shoes for Zhan and me. We went into the shoe store and the twins were sleeping peacefully in their stroller. Until they noticed the voice of a saleswoman.

While Wangji was completely disinterested in this pretty saleswoman, Ying was eager to see her. He was making such a fuss in the stroller that Zhan had to take him out and put him in his arms. Then Ying cheekily looked at the salesgirl and she immediately marveled at how cute he was and patted his little hand.

This, however, did not please Wangji and he began to cry. I then took Wangji in my arms and the saleswoman wanted to touch his hand too. But Wangji pulled his hand away and immediately started to cry again. Whereupon Ying then cried as well. In the end, we didn't buy any shoes. With two crying babies, it was no longer fun.

But as soon as we left the store, they both quieted down again and fell asleep. Oh man, they are both three months old and I wonder how it will be when they are older? Do they already know exactly what they want? Sometimes it seems that way to me.
