Chapter 14 - Arranging the right date

Since Yibo told me that he wants a real date as proof that I'm serious about him, I've been thinking back and forth about what kind of date we could go on. Since he is important to me, I love him, want to make him happy and convince him of my seriousness, I had to come up with something really good.

But arranging a suitable date for a vampire is definitely not an easy task. Because there are a lot of things to consider in the process.

For example, we can't go out to eat in a restaurant. Yibo can't stand the smell of food. Even if it was just a small restaurant, it wouldn't work. With the cinema it is also such a thing. There are usually a lot of people there who have different smells. Then there are the snacks that the moviegoers eat while watching a movie. So that doesn't work either, because those are again smells that Yibo can't stand.

Activities for couples are mostly during the day and often not in the winter months. Bowling is not possible because there are many people and there is also food. Going to an ice rink is the same as going to a bowling alley. Lots of people and food. Ski slopes are great. But only open during the day and only in good weather.

So to make a long story short, the date may not be in places with lots of people. Nor should there be food there. It should also be open in the evening. And of course it must not be boring.

So I thought incessantly about how to arrange a nice date for Yibo and me and what he will remember fondly and for a long time. A date that shows him that I am serious about him and also how much he means to me. Money, of course, did not play a role. After all, it's for the sweetest vampire in the whole wide world.

Hey, before I reveal what idea I finally came up with, I want to get something off my chest. When I saw Yibo in the hotel restaurant four weeks ago, I immediately felt that he was a vampire. Even though he didn't smell like a vampire, but smelled sweetly of red roses. And I felt something else, too, namely how my heart went out of control when I saw Yibo.

I beat my chest and thought "This is not your serious now my heart. A vampire? Really? Werewolves and vampires are mortal enemies. How can you fall in love with a vampire?" but then I watched Yibo and just couldn't stop looking at him. I had never seen anything as cute as him before. And suddenly everything in me screamed, I must have him!

How good that I know a "little" about vampires. So I knew already before that he will escape at the latest when the food is served. I prepared myself accordingly.

I went to the guest toilets of the restaurant and just waited there calmly until he came. And I knew he would come! I just didn't think he would run right into my arms. But that brief moment was enough for me to decide that I was definitely going to try everything I could to win him over.

Let's face it, that he would go to my room with me right after that and spend the night with me, mhhh, even I didn't expect that. But the night was beautiful and unique. I will never forget it. Most of all, I will never forget that I was Yibo's first. I was so amazed and proud because he gave me this honor, I was just happy.

Since that first night, 6 weeks have passed. Four of them I am already Yibo's flatmate. Whereby, flatmate is also not correct. After all, I haven't spent a single night in my room yet, because Yibo and I spent the nights in his room.

And I believe, even though he always denies it and tells me I'm just imagining it, that he has feelings for me. Almost every night when he's in my arms he snuggles up to me and while he' s asleep he lightly sucks on my collar, cuddles my back or chest with his hands and when I move he clutches onto me really tight.

Also, Yibo gets jealous super fast. He calls it being angry. I just agree with him so he is happy and not embarrassed that I noticed. I have also realized by now that Yibo still needs time to accept his feelings. He is afraid of being hurt. And with his life story, I can understand that.
