" here hold this ice on your ribs," my mother says handing Miguel an ice pack "Miggy why won't you tell me who did this, I'll call the school they can protect you," my mom said " it'll just make things worse mama" Miguel argued "worse than this" my mother exclaimed "yes if I just had more lessons" Miguel continued "NO" my mom shouted " it's not sensei Lawrences fault he just wasn't ready" I add "no, no more karate," my mom said growing angrier
"Carmen, what's the problem? "They found something they like to do," ya ya argues "thank you," Miguel and I say in unison " look at him" mom replies with an upset look on her face "I see him, he just needs more practice, right? Keep your hands up, protect your head" Yaya says putting her hands up in a fighting position, "mom this man is a bad man," my mom argues "no he's not you don't know him"Miguel shouts " I know he's a loser" my mother shouts " he is not a loser" I argue " if you knew him you'd see he's a great man" Miguel shouts back

"So that's it? No more karate?" Demetri asks, "I guess so" Miguel answers " it's probably for the best, it was starting to boost your confidence," Demetri says "isn't that a good thing," I ask "no. What has confidence ever gotten anybody except for a black eye and their backpack thrown in the trash" Demetri replied " well I thought it was kind of cool how you stood up to Kyler" Eli spoke " are you insane let me ask you what is the best superpower anyone could have Demetri asks "superstrength" me and Miguel answered "wrong invisibility a distant second is super speed to run away fast" he continued
"Runaway from who," Kyler asked, putting his hand on Eli's shoulder "whom" his friend corrected, "its the object of preposition, remember English class" he added "we were just leaving," I said packing my stuff "hey were you going oh look at this freak," Kyler says grabbing onto Eli's face "oh shit" his friend began laughing "what kind of girl would kiss this shit?" Kyler mocked still holding Eli's face "I would," I said stepping towards Kyler "what," he asked, "I said I would kiss him" I answered holding my breath "well then do it," he said "what," I asked, "kiss him then," Kyler said, letting go of Eli's face "go on do it," his friend shouts.
I give Kyler a confident look and turn, beginning to step closer to Eli finally grabbing his face pushing our lips together "holy shit" I hear Demetri say. After a couple of seconds, I pulled away "hey maybe you could kiss me next" kyler's friend said walking closer to me "not a chance" I say walking out of the library
"what was that," Miguel asked "what I wasn't just gonna back down I said I was going to do it so I had to pull through," I say walking out of the school "you sure that's the only reason" Miguel teases "MIGGY, IZZY" I hear a familiar voice yell "oh god," I say turning around "hey guys I change my schedule so we can go to the movies see the new Spider-Man," my mom says as we get in the car "and to keep us away from karate" Miguel adds " come on you can put M&Ms in the popcorn," my mom says with a huge smile "I just wanna go home," Miguel says making my moms face drop " how come I didn't get to go see the new Spider-Man when you took me out of karate," I ask jokingly trying to lighten the mood "ok we can just sit in silence then," I say leaning back in my seat

" Miguel I was thinking about getting a job you know I could pay for my own stuff, that would be nice, and I could help mom pay the bills," I say, climbing up to Miguel's bed, "sounds nice, where, are you thinking of working?" He asks " I don't know, maybe the LaRussos dealership, it'd give you an excuse to talk to Sam," I say nudging his shoulder "well what about Eli, huh?" Miguel questioned, "What about it?" "I said crawling back down to my bed, "You know what," he says looking down at me, "KIDS BED." "I heard my mom yell "night Miguel," I said, turning off the room light.
Ok, so I love writing about the twin's relationship. we are finally getting into Eli and Isabella's relationship and I am so excited
