"Hey what's wrong?" Aisha asks Miguel "he's bummed about Sam as always," I say grabbing some popcorn from Eli "will you stop throwing food at people" I whisper to Eli "no it's funny" he answers as I sigh
" so sensei and Sam's dad have some beef, what does that have to do with you?" Aisha asks as I begin to listen to their conversation "do I have to spell it out for you? Sam's dad hates cobra, Kia. I'm a part of Cobra Kia. So, by the transitive property, Sam's dad is going to hate me." Miguel says sounding frustrated "Jesus Christ your such a nerd." Eli says still throwing candy at people, "I'm telling you it's not just on my mind" Miguel adds "yes it is I already told you not to worry about it," and I shoot back, "Listen, I've known Mr.LaRusso since third grade. He's a really nice guy. You just have to talk to him." Aisha advises
"I haven't even been invited over yet" Miguel shrugs "dude just go over there. It's an alpha move" Eli adds "no don't do that. "It's a horrible idea," I say, leaning over to Miguel, "Who the hell did that?" a man's voice booms in the theater as Eli's head shoots in the other direction, "not so fun anymore, is it?" I ask teasing
"So uh how's the movie?" Eli asks "we are watching the same movie Eli" I answer "it's Hawk" he corrects "whatever," I say with a sigh "attitude," he says blankly "shut up and watch the movie 'Hawk'" I say in a teasing tone "sounds so much better coming from your mouth," he says wrapping his arm around me as begin to blush "let me take you home" he whispers into my ear "I can walk" I answer "but I can drive you home it's no big deal" he insists "I can't let Miguel walk alone" I answer "he can come to," he says "fine," I say with a sigh as my phone chimes "who's that?" Eli asks as I look at my phone noticing it's Robby "a friend from work" I answer putting my phone down quickly "then why does he have your number" he questions "work purposes" I answer swiftly as everyone begins to clap "movies over" I say standing up
"Miguel Eli's taking us home," I say grabbing my bag, "thought we agreed on Hawk," he says following me out the theater "nope" I answer "Jesus Miguel you need to stop moping over sam," I say as Miguel and Aisha come out of the theater after us "shut up Bella," he says back "rude," I say as Eli puts his arm on my shoulder again walking us to his car "I call shotgun," I say running to the car "I hate when you do that," Miguel says getting in the back seat with Aisha "your so sensitive," I say looking back to Miguel "where to?" Eli asks looking at Aisha as she gives him her address.
Most of the car ride was silent except for when Miguel would begin complaining about Sam, which Isabella would shut down immediately. Her and Eli shared a few glances at each other and she also noticed Eli fiddling with the sleeve of her shirt but didn't say anything "take a right here" I say to Eli "this is where you live?" Eli asks, pulling up to the house "yep" I answer getting out of the car, noticing Miguel already left, "good to know," he says with a smirk "bye Eli" I say smiling back walking to my front door.
"Hey kids, how was the movie?" my mom asks "good" I answer quickly, going to my room "night love you," I say before closing my room door as my phone chimes.
Eli: miss me yet?
I read as I rolled my eyes slightly blushing
this is just a cute little filler chapter but, GUYS OMG THESE NEXT FEW CHAPTERS ARE GONNA BE SOMETHING IMA RELEASE THEM TOMORROW SO YEA
