Julius: I'm pleased you were able to obtain this.
The Wizard King was evaluating Yuno's grimoire as he spoke. Julius was giving special attention to the grimoire as he analyzed the spell that contained the little cute creature we saw in the dungeon.
{Your probably wondering what happened in between finding out the relationship my parents had with the current Wizard King and this exact moment. Well....we basically had told Uncle Julius about the events that had happened within the dungeon, including the appearance of the adorable little life form. He eventually asked for all our grimoires but Julius really want to know Yuno's, Asta's, and mine.}
Julius: This magic is very powerful. This could easily be that dungeon's greatest relic.
Yuno: *astonished* you can really read it, Sir?
Julius: A little of it, yes.
Yuno suddenly spoke more than usual while in front of others. His next few words took me by surprise.
Yuno: Vanellope can fully understand and read it.
The Wizard King's eyes bugged out in total shock! We were all giving different reactions as we seen the "quirkiness" of our current Wizard King.
[I guess the rumors are true about the escentric personality Uncle Julius has. It's kinda cute seeing how excited he gets about these types of things, especially with magic.]
He darted his gaze at me and asked in a very innocent tone.
Julius: Vanellope, is this true?
Me: Uh, yeah. It's as if I'm reading it in our language.
In an instant, the Wizard King's eyes were filled with stars as he was beyond ecstatic. He took little steps towards me as he put the grimoire out and point to the page that contained the spell.
Julius: You must help me read this; I can only understand a fraction of the text.
Me: *thinking* Hmmm, sure.
Julius: Thank You!
Me: But in one condition.
Julius: Absolutely anything.
Me: Can you possibly answer the next questions I am about to ask?
Julius: Yes. Of course. Anything for my little niece.
Me: *takes a deep breath* Here it goes; How am I able to read this text? *picks up grimoire* Why did I get such a bazaar yet beautiful grimoire with the crests of our lands? And why did I only see the creature with Yuno and have the text go into my grimoire when I have nothing to do with it?
The Wizard King thought tensely as he held his chin in thought.
Julius: To be honest...I can only answer these questions in the privacy of a world created by the Captain of the Royal Peacocks. Even so, we can only come up with divergent "theories" that may answer the questions you have asked.
Me: *raises eyebrow* Who is "We"?
Julius: "We" is referred to as a few trusted mages, myself and of course, your father.
I looked down as I began my usual "brain blasts".
[If this true, then, what I heard when I was younger must be what lead to Odelawn's destruction and my parents' deaths.]
Julius: As mentioned, I will tell you everything Vanellope. You deserve to know this information.
Me: Thank you Uncle Julius.
