Chase's PoV
Matapos naming alamin at kilalanin ang nangyari kay Calyx ay napagpasyahan na naming magpunta sa sari-sarili naming classes dahil malapit na din ang oras.
"You're up against a top 500 ranker, Chase." Uttered Blue for the nth time.
"You're so talkative nowadays, Blue." Saad ko at nakita kong bahagyang siyang napangiti ngunit agad na nawala iyon.
"Sorry." Natawa na lamang ako dahil sa inakto niya.
"I wouldn't challenge him if I wasn't prepared, Blue. No sweats." Nang malapit na naming marating ang classroom ay may babaeng humarang sa dinadaanan namin. It's Ariana, our new classmate.
"Sorry for the interuption but, can I talk to you Chase?" Nagkatinginan kami ni Blue dahil sa pagtataka. It's not shocking that she knew my name, what's shocking is that she's asking to talk to me. I don't remember interacting with her that much.
"Sure, what is it?" I responded.
"Uh...it's quite confidential, can we talk with only the two of us?" Dahil sa sinabi niya ay tumango si Blue at naunang maglakad upang magtungo sa classroom.
"So, what is it?" I asked again nang tuluyang makalayo si Blue.
"The thing is, you saw how I acted earlier right?" Diretsahang wika niya. My brows wrinkled and thought of what she was talking about and something crossed my mind. Is she talking about how she reacted when she heard the word 'princess'?
"Is it about your reaction to the word 'princess'?" I confirmed. She placed her point finger on her lips, telling me to lower my voice and so I did.
"As I thought, you saw it. I wanted to keep it a secret but—"
"What's a secret?" Pareho kaming nabigla ni Ariana nang biglang sumulpot si Sir Dane sa likuran ko na malamang ay patungo sa room. I didn't even feel his presence.
"W-wala yun Sir, haha." I answered while scratching my nape. Damn, I'm not good with acting.
"Hmm? Were't you about to confess you feelings?" Sir Dane smirked and started walking away towards our class.
"No way! H-hey, nevermind that. Let's talk again next time." Ariana noted and followed Sir Dane.
"I didn't know Sir Dance have such playful behavior." I mumbled and followed them as well.
"Proceed to your training room." Bungad ni Sir sa klase at agad niyang binuksan ang training room upang magtungo kami doon.
"Today, since you have a new classmate and you're even in number, pair up. We'll be doing a duo activity."
Napa-'woah' ako dahil sa sinabi ni Sir Dane. We've never done a duo activity before dahil nga we weren't even in numbers kaya nakakaintriga kung anong aktibidades ang ipapagawa niya saamin ngayong walo na kami.
"Alright, time to pair yourselves. Make sure to pick someone you're comfortable with, since this will require a lot of concentration." Instructed Sir Dane.
I was about to talk to Blue to pair with me but I was too late, napili na siya ni Liam, tsk. Aside from Liam and Blue, I can only be comfortable with another guy kung kaya't tumingin ako kay Clyde. Pagtingin ko sakanya ay magkatabi na sila ni Reign, her twin sister.
"Sorry Ariana, we forgot about you and we paired up already." Rinig kong saad ni Trisha habang magkahawak sila ng kamay ni Coraline. It seems like only Ariana and I have not paired up with anyone yet.
"Ariana and Blue, you two pair up." Pointed Sir Dane. I nodded in agreement dahil wala na din akong choice at maging si Ariana din ay sumang-ayon.
"Now that all of you have pairs, you and your partner are going to meditate together. It is called Two-Person Meditation." Pagpapaliwanag ni Sir Dane habang naglalakad-lakad.
