The tragic loss

The trips are 6 months. Hailey's friend named Tory and has known the kids since Hailey started dating Jay. They were having a barbecue with her.
Tory= I'm gonna go to the store I have to go get some stuff for the food.
Cl=can I go with you
Tory=fine with me but ask your dad first
Cl=daddy can I go to the store with Tory
J=sure
Tory=ok then let's go
Jay was outside grilling steaks. Hailey and Caroline were playing with the triplets in their playpen outside. And Noah was pitching in his cage and hitting off his pitching machine.
It seemed like it was gonna be the perfect day, until Jay received a phone call from Tory
The phone call
Jay:hey Tory
Tory:oh my God Jay I don't know how this happened!!!
Jay:what happened what's going on
Tory:Claire stayed in the car while I ran in the store when I came back out she was gone
Jay:have you looked everywhere! Are you sure she didn't go into the store
Tory:I've searched everywhere for her Jay I don't know where she could be
Jay:I'm on my way
Jay and Hailey dropped the kids off at a friends house and went to the store. Jay had called the team and they were there as well along with many officers.
J=so just tell again start to finish what happened?
Tory=I walked in the store and when I came out the door of the car was opened and Claire was gone

They team got the security footage, it showed a man grabbing Claire and putting a knife to her throat and forcing her to walk with him in the woods
KB= we still can't see the bastards face
They conducted a search all through the woods until the found a small cabin.
A crime lab was already inside and crime scene tape was wrapped around it. When intelligence showed up they walked inside Jay felt his heart pumping he didn't know what he was about to walk into.
Officer=we think this is the man who took your daughter.
Jay walked over to him  and looked down there he saw a man who had obviously committed suicide.
Another officer=sir we have a body back here
Jay and the rest of intelligence walked over there. Then Jay seen his 10 year old little girl with a bullet in her head.
Jay dropped to his knees he hugged her body and cried like he never has before. Hailey rubbed his back and the rest of intelligence watched.
Two weeks later
It time for the funeral. When Jay and Hailey and the kids arrived they sat in the front row many people sat behind them. During the whole funeral Caroline and Noah had their heads buried into jay's chest and  cried.
