I backed away from Adam a little, still staring at him. I sighed. "I'm sorry." I apologized. Adam swallowed hard.

"It's fine." He said horsely. I nodded. "Here comes Mr. Perfect." Adam stated, looking down and jamming his hands in his pockets. I looked behind me and saw Matt walking over with two drinks.

"Hey Courtney. Sorry it took so long." Matt apologized. I shrugged and smile.

"It's fine." I said. He smiled.

"I thought you threw away your glasses." Matt implied. I shook my head and smiled.

"Don't you like me in glasses?" I asked.

"Yeah. They're great." He replied quickly.

"Okay, wanna dance?" I asked. He shook his head.

"I don't dance." He replied. I sighed.

"Okay." He started to look around.

"Hey, I have to go to the bathroom, I'll be right back." Matt said in a rush. He smiled and walked away. I sighed.

"Hey, Courtney Jane?" I heard someone ask. I turned around and saw a three guys my age looking at me.

"Yeah?" I asked. They all smiled and looked at each other, then back at me.

"Hi, my name Kevin Rig. I'm a huge fan of yours. I watched you play the USA Vs. Iceland game." Kevin explained.

"Well, hi there." I said.

"Oh, these are my friends Dylan Sun, and Grant Han." Kevin introduced. I smiled and walked to Dylan.

"Nice to see you again." He said with a smirk. I smiled.

"You too." I said. We hugged. I let go of him and stuck out my hand to Grant.

"It's an honor to meet you." Grant said in amazement. I smiled.

"Thanks. It's amazin' to meet fans." I replied.

"Thanks. Man, I still remember every detail of your shoot-out with that Iceland team. You did an amazing triple deke." Grant explained. I smiled.

"Thanks Grant, nice of you to say that." I replied.

"Do you mind if we can interview you real quick for our newspaper?" Dylan asked. I nodded.

"Sure." I said. Kevin stuck out his hand in the direction of the table. I walked over and say down at the table.
