Chapter 3:

So I walked to my sister's rooms. Both smaller than mine, more compacted into everything. Emma's was first so I knocked and waited, but didn't hear anything so I slowly crept into her room. I did promise not to do anything, so I walked disappointedly by her bed. "Wake up Emmaline." I started softly. "Hmmmmm." She murmered her eyelids fluttering open. "Oh okay..." She stopped and looked to make sure it was really me. "Umm no water or anything?" She asked questioning. I smiled slightly to myself. "Nope, none at all. Promise." I sung. I left the room, letting her think it over. "Oh by the way, me and Mom are going shopping. I'm going to school tommorrow. Oh and please wake up Rosey." I called after her emphasizing the please.

"Are you ready to go?" Cassi asked. "Shopping, yes. School, not so much." I replied, sighing deeply. She gave me another one of her famous everything-will-be-okay-looks and I smiled slightly, nervously. "Bells-" she started. "I know, I know." I said. She wouldv'e kept going on about how both Em and Rose both went to public school a few years ago already and I wouldv'e had to eventually anyways. Even though I promised her I would at least try it, so it wasn't so bad. "So what are you scared of sweetie?" She stated simply. "Well I have a list. For starters, friends, their yucky food, ummm guys....." I said fastly. "Oh, now I see." She said smiling brightly. I'm sure she knew at some point this was absolutly bound to happen, but it was still absolutly embarrassing. My cheeks were flaming, I could tell. My mother's proding smile was just making it worse. "Oh shush up!" I said as I stormed off. "Come back!'' She shouted, still holding in her laughter, "It's perfectly normal honey. I'm sure you'll be fine though. There's nothing to worry about." She said quiet convincingly. "Fine, fine." I walked back answering her stubbornly.
