Chapter 8:

When we finally finished with our spa day, I was totally relaxed and ready to face school tomorrow, or so I tried to convince myself. Rosy was glowing, as she walked out with me. Now all we had to do was wait for Emmaline, I was sure there was a reason she was late, and sure enough, two minutes late I saw her walking toward us with a scowl on her face, "Blah, Blah, Blah, no you can't have that color it's gone. Blah, Blah, Blah, no I can't go get more, we won't get another shipment until next week. Blah, Blah...." I zoned her out, smiling as we walked towards her."Bad day?" I sarcastically said. She just walked past me. "Ella what's wrong with her?" Rose said peeking out of her newly manicured fingers. "The usual," I replied, knowing full well she would know what I was talking about. "Ohhhh," she said,absent-mindly, a large smile on her face. She ran towards Jimmy as he held his monster-sized hands out. "Rose, you look more beautiful every time a see you. Stop growing up!" She smiled self-sufficently. "I'm tired and miss Mommy, let's go home." She whinned pouting at him. "Whatever you say sweetie," Jimmy said, lovingly. To say she had him wrapped around her finger, would be an under statement.

As we got home Cassi ran outside with a smirk on her face. "How was the spa?" She asked questionably. "Grea-" "Horr-" Me and Emmaline said at the same time. "Don't listen to Mema, Mommy, me and Ella had a great time!" My little sister said enthusiasticly, using Emma's nickname. She showed her her nails and toenails as she was talking.  "I got butterflies!" She said to Mom.

My little sister was entirely obsessed with Butterflies. Her whole room had been decorated with Butterfly everything, since the time Rosy could talk. Everytime she saw one she would start screaming bloody-murder, and run off to catch it. We even got to the point where we got her a butterfly as a pet. She cried for 5 straight days when 'Butter' died. When we asked why she named it Butter she would just start smiling and run off to find her. Of course she whinned for the next week about getting another one, but we decided that she wasn't ever going to get one, she got to attacted.

"Did the massage help get you relaxed dear?" She asked me hopefully. "Yea it did I'm totally going to rock tomorrow." I said, trying to convince myself. "Well, at least you know one person." She said smiling like she knew something way to funny. "Who?" I replied confused. "Jackson" She gloated. I had stopped walking, dang I had forgetten about him. "Oh yea.." I said sadly. "Don't sound to up beat," Cassi said still smiling widely. "You can always meet other people," she said softly as I walked past her. I smiled weakly. Tomorrow is going to be horrible, I thought.
