So apparently if you make out in the school parking lot, people take photos and put them up on social media, and now, a week later, Ryan and I are the 'hottest' new couple...

"So, it's Axels birthday today! And there is a surprise party at the pack house, and of course you're invited!!" Lexi bragged about the details on her mates birthday party to me, as I looked up at her.

"Sounds good" I smiled at her before concentrating back on my work.

I was currently in biology with Lexi and Ryan, discussing the details of Axel's surprise birthday party tonight at the pack house.

"You know how much he hates surprises" Ryan sighed as he looked up from his bio book to look at Lexi.

"To bad, he's getting one wether he likes it or not" she snapped at him.

I looked back up from my text book to look at her again, "And I thought Cassie was a force of nature" I rolled my eyes as Ryan chuckled under his breath and I looked over at him, our gaze locking for a moment.

"Oh, trust me, she's worse" Ryan laughed looking at Lexi.

"Worse? Come on, I'm not that bad" Lexi defended herself with a frown.

"You're pretty bad" I laughed.

"Not even! I'm doing everything for him! It's only the surprise part that he won't like, like seriously, the last birthday party Cassandra threw for Dylan was grand party on a big boat out in the middle of the ocean, and Dylan is afraid of the water" she declared and I laughed.

I didn't know Cas very well, yet it sounded just like her. I can just imagine the party. Dylan, the smiley boy, terrified while Cassie trying to get him to have good time.

"Yes, but the last surprise party that you threw for Axel, he punched Dylan in the face when he jumped out from behind the couch and yelled surprise with everyone else, Dylan was just unlucky enough to be the closet to him" Ryan laughed fondly at the memory.

I couldn't help but envy their memories. They had all grown up together, all knowing about werewolves, and here I am still learning about the basics and invading their circle of friends that I have no right in entering.

'Of course you have a right being in our group' a voice thought in my head, and it wasn't me that thought that...

Alarmed, I quickly looked to Ryan for help.

'It's just me' Ryan smiled encouragingly at me and I sighed.

'I really don't Ryan, and I don't care what you say. I don't belong' I thought back.

'You are my mate, you belong wether you like it or not' he sternly told me, 'We'll make our own memories'

"How can I do that with my family being normal, and when I'm not living with you like everyone else" I said out loud.

Lexi suddenly looked over to me as I stared at Ryan. She looked between the two of us and realised she was missing part of a private conversation.

"I don't know" He mumbled.

"Who cares what your parents say, move in! For heavens sake, you're almost 18 Ana" Lexi snapped at me.

"I do! I care what my parents say" I snapped back at her.

Before she could respond the bell rang. I stood up and packed my stuff into my bag quickly before walking out, leaving Ryan and Lexi behind.

'Don't you need a ride home?' Ryan linked with me.
