"Jen." The raven calls out. Jennie had insisted on sleeping together with Jisoo, however, the older girl quickly declines, her reason being the bed is too small for two people. Unfortunately, Jisoo was unable to resist Jennie's whines, and soon enough the two were lying down on the bed.
Jisoo had to admit, the position was a little uncomfortable, she was sleeping very close to the edge, and knowing her rolling habits, she might end up on the cold floor.
"Hm?" To the raven's surprise, the brunette was still somewhat awake.
The older girl remembers what she had wanted to give Jennie and stood up, grabbing something from the table.
Confused about what Jisoo was doing, the younger girl sleepily sat up, her eyes still closed.
"Baby... what are you doing?" Jennie turns her head to the side, rubbing her eyes and squinting as she tries to get a better look at the raven.
Jisoo sat back down next to Jennie, holding a book that the brunette quickly recognizes as the book Jisoo has been writing on ever since she had first met her.
"Wait, isn't this your diary?" The younger girl was confused, to say the least.
"Yeah, and I'm giving it to you." Jisoo hands the book over to Jennie.
"Wait wait! I can't have this, it's yours!" The brunette declines, handing it back to the raven.
"It's fine, you can have it. I'm not using it anymore."
"Really? But, why? Why are you giving me this?" The younger girl asked. She was surprised to see Jisoo giving her such a personal belonging that may have been important to the older girl.
"You said we were going to be evacuated tomorrow, right? I'm just afraid that once we're taken out of here, we might become separated and put in different sites and have no way of communicating with one another." Jisoo frowned, and the brunette's eyes widened. She had never thought of that before.
"This diary, it's like a part of me. I want you to have this so that if by any chance, we got separated, you would always have me with you in the form of this book." The raven explained, her fingers brushing over the purple cover of the book.
"But still! I just can't have this, I just feel like... i-it's too important for you." Jennie stammered.
"It's not that important to me anymore, I have you now." The older girl smiled softly and chuckled to herself when the brunette's face reddened and she took the book away.
"W-well, if you insist... But, is it okay if I read it?" Jennie recovers from the sudden blush.
"It's fine. The earlier pages are just doodles I drew when I got bored during History." The brunette raised her eyebrow.
"History?"
"Yeah, my school didn't teach me something that I haven't already learned, so History class was pretty boring for me." The raven shrugged it off as if everyone was smart when it comes to History.
"You really are a nerd..." The brunette laughed, she finds nerdy Jisoo quite cute.
"Whatever, now go back to sleep, Jen," Jisoo said as she takes the book back from Jennie's hands and places it on the table again.
"Will you sing to me while I sleep?" The younger girl lied down on the bed.
"No, Jennie. I don't even know what to sing." The older girl shook her head as she lied down as well, facing Jennie.
"Please? I won't ask again!" Jennie starts to pout. Once again, all Jisoo did was shake her head as she closes her eyes.
The brunette puffed her cheeks and turned to the other side, her back facing the raven with her arms crossed.
