A month later
Sitting down on her bed, a brunette hides the thing she has stolen under her pillow. She sighed and walked towards the small desk next to it and sat down. Her hand brushes over the book with a purple cover on it, the same book she gave her.
Even after a month, she still hasn't moved on from her. While everyone seems to have gotten over it in several weeks, the brunette was left in the dark, confused and alone. The brunette sighed to herself, the book that was given to her was placed on the desk and left to collect dust, she just couldn't bring herself to read it, especially after what had happened.
But now, she is ready. The brunette slowly opens the book and began to go through all the pages. At first, it was all a bunch of doodles. "I guess Jisoo was right." Even saying her name again felt weird to Jennie.
Slowly, the doodles turned into diary entries, and she takes more time to read it all.

Joohyun left after today's visit again, why does she have to leave so often? Why is her job so far away?
•••
I punched a guy's nose and immediately got suspended, he got what he deserved though! No one touches my Lisa.
•••
Jennie chuckles after reading that entry, Jisoo had always gone overboard when it comes to protecting the ones she loved.
If only Jisoo wasn't so selfless.
Most of the entries were about Jisoo's daily life, such as her apparently fighting with Lisa's cats, talking about her favorite shows, and even some poems. Even though it may not seem interesting to other people, for Jennie, it perfectly showcased how Jisoo was.
The raven was a unique person, she had a good sense of humor and was playful, but she's also quite serious at times. But even then, the older girl took care of everyone and was nice to everyone she knew. She was so perfect, but the universe just had to take her away from Jennie.
Why?
There was a huge time skip between the last entry the older girl made in high school and the first entry she made when the apocalypse happened. Jennie continued on reading, ignoring her thoughts.

We're safe. Me and Lisa are safe in our house. We don't have much food though, and I doubt that we would try eating cat food.
We might have to go out in a few days, leave the house and the cats behind. Lisa won't like it, but there's no other choice.
•••
We hid in a café with some other people. It was perfectly secure, it was still well lit, and the people there were nice.
But I told Lisa not to trust anyone, in a scenario like this, we should focus on ourselves rather than other people. I didn't want to do that either, but it's for the best.

They disappeared. The both of us had no idea what happened to them, they said they went out to get some more supplies, but they never came back.
What if that happens to us?
•••
I told Lisa that I'm going to be the one that goes out to get more supplies, she immediately complained and said we should go together. I just told her that it's better if only one person dies rather than two.
