They all finally got back to hogwarts and into the main hall for their first feast of their last year, all thinking back to their first feast of last year and the year before and all the way back to first year. Having strange dajavu and sharing memories. Lily even mentioned that she thought everyone was nice even James and that they could be friends but things change. Severus was who she met first and who she knew, back then she knew him as a kind boy who stood up for her against her sister, the onewho told her about magic, what it could do, what she could do. She turned around towards the Slytherin table and glanced at him to catch him staring in hatred and disbelief at her. Remus must of caught her and gave her a nudge giving her a 'cheer up' smile almost knowing what she's thinking. One by one they all caught on but said nothing, choosing to change the subject to something more cheerful. The girls and the boys broke of into different conversations. The girls talking about their next girls night out and the boys talking about random things, nothing in particular.

Professor Mcgonagall made her way down the table saying hello to everyone and then she got to the group of troublemakers, rule followers, hard workers and exceptional students all of who she is very proud of. "Hello you lot" she said with a warm and wide smile generally meaning it. "Minnie" Sirius said all happy standing up and even giving her a hug which she returned although rather confused and shocked but not saying anything about it. "Hi professor" the girls said all together and then went back to their conversation. "Ah potter meaning to speak to you" she said like she just remembered something that was on her mind for a while, "already?" James said sarcastically giving her a cheeky smirk, "yes" she continued, "just wondering if you've gotten any plans or ideas prank wise for you four to pull within the first month of the year, now that you're in seventh year I know to never underestimate what you boys have planned. Also Lily dear, you are still going to go on a date with James are you not?" turning to the red haired girl who was now listening in the the conversation. "Yes professor I keep my word" lily said with a smile raising her eyebrows quickly at the boy beside her in the glasses and who couldn't stop grinning from ear to ear. "Although you may forget what your word was" Mary said under her breath making Lily give her a swift kick under the table and having Mary groan in pain. "What was that?" James asked looking between his friends. "Nothing that matters at least anymore prongs" Peter said to his best friend and winking at Lily. "Anyway" Lily said looking between her friends ignoring James' look of confusion and worry, "I'll have to think about anymore with him, hey maybe he'll be able to whoo me and persuade me" winking at James and raising her eyebrows at her teacher giving her smirk. Mcgonagall smiled between them all said goodbye and carried on down the table of griffindor.

The feast continued and all the students made their way to their common rooms to relax before going to bed. The girls of seven year went to their dorm and the guys joined them. They all huddled around the middle gossiping about anything and everything. "there is no way thats true, I'm telling you that" Marlene gasped, "And I'm telling you that it's true, I heard it from the Hufflepuff table" Remus remarked. Everyone laughed. They all chatted some more and laughed a lot now all sat on the beds. Sirius was on the bottom of Mary's bed, Peter was on Marlene's by her, Remus was by Dorcas another seven year they had all gotten close with recently on her bed and of course James was on Lily's by her earning several eye rolls of annoyance slash cringe.

"Oh come on that was funny, I mean-" James was saying when he felt a head fall onto his shoulder. He looked to his left and saw her, Lily Evans the girl who said she would never fall for him, never be friends with him, and would never want anything to do with him, asleep on his shoulder. He couldn't help it but give a little smile and put his head on top of hers, this made everyone smile watching them. After a while one by one they all dropped off to sleep.

It was the next morning precisely at 9:52 am, everyone woke up to a middle aged woman ringing a loud bell and yelling something at them but because they have all just woken up it sounded as if it was in a foreign language.
