Y/n stood there, not knowing how to get out of the situation she was in. She wasn't allowed to attack and her side effects were getting to her. She tried creating another ball of energy, but it was smaller and less bright.
Aizawa noticed how slow and less persistent Y/n had become. He knew she was powerful and could handle herself, but these were real villains and she hadn't gotten full control over her quirk. He couldn't risk her life. Aizawa's scarf wrapped around Y/n's waist. He tried looking for a safe area to throw her, but there was nothing in sight.
"What are you-AH" Y/n's voice faded as she got propelled to another field
"I really hope she knows how to land safety" Aizawa muttered, watching his student go flying across the facility

Todoroki completely froze all the villains around him after he got the information he needed. His eyes scanned every villain to make sure none of them could move. Once confirming everyone indeed could not move, he walked away to reunite with his other classmates.
Y/n glanced at the ground and saw that she was going to land on an ice shard. She quickly constructs energy and throws it on the ground, softening her landing.
"That's going to leave a bruise," Y/n groaned
"Get out of there!" A voice shouted
Y/n recognized the monotone voice yelling at her, she's never heard him sound distressed. She got to her feet and sprinted towards what she was hoping was away from the disaster she caused. All the dirt was still in the air, causing Y/n unable to see correctly. She tried wiping away the dust that got into her eye, but knocked into someone instead.
The dust disappeared. Y/n saw Todoroki on the floor in front of her and what she assumed was villains circling around them.
"Great job, your quirk destroyed all my ice, and you released all the villains," Todoroki grumbled
Y/n rolled her eyes. "Why is your ice so damn weak?"
Todoroki ignored Y/n and her chattering. He focused on defeating the villains that he already defeated. Y/n notice that Todoroki ignored her when all she was trying to do was communicate and strategize a fighting style that compliments both their quirks.
Y/n produced smaller energy balls in each palm of her hand and used that to throw at the villains. In her previous fight, she realized it was a waste of power and stamina to keep creating energy with both hands and it was much easier to form smaller energy in one hand, although it was significantly weaker.
Todoroki allowed Y/n to beat all the villains until they fell to the ground and then froze everyone back into place. Again.
Y/n wiped away the sweat that drizzled down from her forehead to the chin. She walked alongside Todoroki as they both looked for their classmates. Y/n stood still for a moment. She heard ringing but could still hear faint explosions. Trying to focus on not collapsing, Y/n took deep breaths in and out. The ringing took over to where that was all she heard. Her head throbbed.
"L/n?" Todoroki waved his hand in front of her face. He saw her eyes seemed dilated. "Hello? Are you okay?"
Y//n breathing pattern became unbalanced. Instead of taking long breaths in and out, they turned into shorter and faster breaths. The ringing stopped and turned into a heartbeat.
"L/n!"
She turned her head to face Todoroki, and all her symptoms went away. "I'm fine, sorry"
